Great value for money, definitely recommend it
Pros:

Very good hotel with excellent facilities. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always smiling. Everything was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was varied and offered a great selection. The gym was convenient and well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The hotel is in a convenient location with a supermarket and pharmacy right across the street. However, it is quite far from Patong and the main nightlife and entertainment areas. The hotel has direct access to the beach but there is no designated area with sun loungers or chairs for hotel guests. The breakfast was good and varied overall, although the selection of cheeses was limited

الموقع نوعا ما مناسب

Cons:

1-الغرفة بدون تهوية والرطوبة عالية
2-من الوصول تاخرو في اجراءات الدخول وانتظرنا اكثر من 40 دقيقة بالحر
3- المفارش كلها بقع وطلبت تغييرها( التأخير كان لتجهيز الغرفة!)
4- الفوط مهترأة وبها ثقوب
5- سلة المهملات كلها صدأ
6- رائحة مجاري مزعجة من احد حمامات الغرفة
7- الافطار دون المستوى وتركيزه على الاسيوين رز ورامن ونودلز ولا تجد اجبان او خيارات افطار عالمية
8- كاسات بلاستيك كلها علامات وواضح انها قديمة جدا ، لا يستطيع اي كائن طبيعي ان يستخدمها
9-اكيد هذا سبب وجود خيار واحد للدفع عشان تدفع كامل المبلغ وتضطر تجلس فيه

Comodidad, buena ubicación y excelente atención
Pros:

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Aunque no es un resort, lo parece por sus instalaciones: varias piscinas (incluida una infantil y otra principal muy amplia), jardines muy cuidados, zonas de descanso y una agradable cafetería, todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado.

Las habitaciones no son muy grandes, pero están muy bien equipadas y resultan muy cómodas. Disponen de nevera, secador de pelo y cada día reponen botellas de agua de cortesía. Además, si lo necesitas, puedes solicitar sin coste artículos como tabla de planchar, plancha o kit de costura, un detalle que se agradece.

El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad. El personal fue siempre muy amable, atento y dispuesto a resolver cualquier incidencia con rapidez, preocupándose en todo momento por que la estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible.

Uno de los aspectos que más nos gustó fue la ubicación. Desde la zona de la piscina hay una salida trasera que te deja prácticamente junto a la playa. Además, dispone de un grifo para quitarse la arena de los pies antes de volver al hotel, un detalle muy práctico. En las zonas comunes también hay baños, duchas y consignas, lo que hace mucho más cómoda la estancia.

La ubicación es excelente: justo enfrente hay una farmacia, un 7-Eleven, varios salones de masajes, puestos de fruta, numerosas tiendas y el mercado nocturno con una gran variedad de restaurantes. Sin duda, es un hotel muy recomendable tanto por sus instalaciones como por su comodidad y ubicación.

Cons:

Como sugerencia de mejora, creo que sería muy útil que en el desayuno todos los alimentos estuvieran correctamente identificados con sus ingredientes o alérgenos. En nuestro caso viajábamos con un niño celíaco y, aunque el personal fue siempre muy amable e hizo todo lo posible por ayudarnos, se notaba que no contaban con suficiente formación sobre alergias alimentarias. Para las familias con este tipo de necesidades, disponer de una señalización clara de los alimentos puede ser un factor decisivo a la hora de elegir un hotel.

Como detalle menor, el Wi-Fi podría mejorar un poco. Cada vez que regresábamos al hotel teníamos que volver a conectarnos a la red, lo que resultaba algo incómodo, aunque no fue un problema importante durante nuestra estancia.

المكان مناسب جدا للعوائل واغلب القاطنين بالفندق عوائل والسعر معهم ارخص من بوكينج الموظفون ودودون وبالاخص kla, naan , nafia تعاونوا معي بشكل كبير

الغرفة العائلية التي بها سرير طابقين كانت اصغر من المتوقع وقمت بتغييرها الى استديو العزل بين الغرف ليش بالجيد احيانا ممر الغرف به ريحة

Прекрасный отель
Pros:

Чистый ,ухоженный отель. Персонал выше всяких похвал , не хотелось уезжать. В отеле интересная,стилистика ,все цвета радуют глаз. Отличный бассейн. Хороший завтрак. До моря 3 минуты.

Cons:

Номер стандарт на 3 чел ,3 место для ребенка кушетка ,не очень удобно .

Very happy return customers; relaxing stay; quality staff and facilities
Pros:

This is our second stay at OZO, and have recommended to friends visiting Kata Beach. One of the best international breakfast buffets around. Staff is very helpful and work hard to keep the facilities clean and organized. Makes for a relaxing stay in Phuket.
