staff service is good. please improve the bathroom, the smell is really very bad!
Pros:

breakfast spread is ok, food tends to be salty and sweet. the food flavour not fantastic.
The fruits and salad section are good. the juices are nice too

Cons:

The room toilet always let out bad smell after using. the smell stays on and its very unpleasant. This is really bad.
shower area drainage is bad, keep flooding
the sink area design is horrible and water keeps coming up and flood the sink area
the shower door opening is designed badly, and kept pushing the towel away. can easily slip when step out of shower

A lovely family holiday in a budget hotel
Pros:

The pool facilities were great for both adults and children, also a gate for access to the beach was very handy. Staff were so welcoming and friendly, which really does make such a difference to your stay. A lovely lady who worked in the restaurant, called Yong if I remember rightly kindly gave our little boy a toy digger. She also gave us some info on places our son would enjoy visiting. The location is the biggest seller, directly opposite a 7 eleven, food markets, restaurants and close to the beach.

Cons:

The rooms are too small for families, we upgraded to a deluxe king which essentially paid for a balcony. Bigger rooms come at a cost, but given this is a family hotel I would expect more space as a bare minimum. Storage space was also a problem, a wardrobe and a couple of shelves in the wall is not enough space. Bedside tables with storage would have been helpful. The daily room cleaning was not amazing, when we first arrived we immediately noticed sand on our feet and this was the case for the full week. We noticed just 2 days before leaving that there was a flyer advising bed sheets would only be washed if asked, this is the first I’ve ever heard of this so came as a shock. Lastly, the prices in the restaurant were extortionate compared to outside the hotel. They ask that you do not take outside food into the hotel, if that’s the case they need to be more competitive.

Great place for couples and families.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious. The pool area was great. The complimentary breakfast buffet every morning was huge and tastey. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Merlyn who was so pleasant! The resort is minutes from the beach and across the street from a nice night market.
