Pros:

Situation idéale, personnel efficace et fort aimable, petit déjeuner parfait, piscine idéale et bien entretenue, tranquillité assurée malgré la proximité du centre-ville

Cons:

Pas grand-chose : un peu de rafistolage des chambres ne serait pas superflu et odeurs de friture dans l'air conditionné devraient être examinées par un spécialiste

Wir waren rundum begeistert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Hotel ist wirklich top, besonders der schöne Pool war für meinen Sohn ein Highlight. Dort konnte er in Ruhe schwimmen lernen – inzwischen ist er eine richtige Wasserratte geworden. 😊

Die Lage ist perfekt: direkt an der Altstadt und nah am See. Alles ist wunderschön und sehr entspannt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag: Es wäre schön, wenn das Reservieren der Liegen mit Handtüchern am frühen Morgen eingeschränkt würde. Leider werden oft Liegen belegt und die Gäste kommen erst Stunden später wieder. Eine Regelung dagegen würde für mehr Fairness sorgen, damit alle Hotelgäste die Möglichkeit haben, den Poolbereich zu genießen.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nahe dem Zentrum aber sehr ruhig. Sehr nettes Personal und Chefs. Die Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen, da passt Preis und Leistung.

Hübsches kleines Hotel mit schicker Außenanlage
Pros:

Ein tolles kleines Hotel zentrumsnah, aber weg vom Trubel. Sehr gepflegter Außenbereich mit Pool. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und sprach sehr gut deutsch. Wer über Booking bucht und nur mit Frühstück, hat eine kleine Sonderbehandlung. Nur diese Gäste dürfen auf der Terrasse frühstücken und bekommen zusätzlich zum normalen Buffet einen Obst- und einen Käse/ Schinkenteller. Das war eine tolle Überraschung!

Cons:

Leider war die Klimaanlage sehr laut, wir mussten sie nachts ausschalten. Wenn man morgens das "Bitte nicht stören"- Schild nicht rausgehangen hat, wurden die Zimmer täglich groß gesäubert und die Handtücher getauscht, was so nicht nötig ist.
