EASY ACCESS AND GREAT POOL!!. FRONT DESK WAS NICE AND COURTEOUS. EASY CHECK IN.

Cons:

The lady at the front desk said she was going to change our room for a better one. It was right above the office the bathroom sinks faucet was just wobbling the bed looked like it was 20 years old. Actually slept alright went to eat breakfast the biscuits weren't done the eggs were awful. Made a waffle it was the best thing there. The same lady was there looked like she lived in one of the rooms wasn't a bit presentable. Never again at that place. We love Quality inns and this was by far the worst we've ever stayed in.

If I had to pick one thing it would be the breakfast which was only ok, but compared to everything else it’s their best quality.

Cons:

Dirty area and rooms, shower ceiling was caving in from water damage, bathroom sink drain did not work and water would pile up. Beds were uncomfortable. We had to call the police to get a stalker away from our door at midnight, front desk was notified and they did nothing. Also had someone screaming that they would physically harm someone, we submitted a noise complaint which they did nothing about.

It was excellent, I look forward to our next trip because now I know where we will stay.

I loved the size of my room the indoor pool, the breakfast was amazing and location was great. I will definitely be taking my family back.

The 3 queen size beds were so comfortable! The location to convention center was fantastic for our activities there and not far from other things to do. Towels fresh everyday
