Acomodação confortável, limpa, bem cuidada e com excelente custo-benefício.
Pros:

A hospedagem superou nossas expectativas. O hotel é muito bem localizado, com ambiente agradável, limpo e organizado. Os funcionários foram atenciosos e prestativos durante toda a estadia, tornando a experiência ainda mais confortável. O quarto estava impecável, com boa estrutura e tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Com certeza é um local que recomendamos e onde nos hospedaríamos novamente.

La Ubicación es genial. Del Terminal Internacional al hotel está bastante cerca. Tienes todo al alcance de la mano. En el 5to Piso las vistas son geniales. El desayuno rico. Las habitaciones cómodas. Hay ascensor. Recepción muy amable.

Su ubicación al lado de la Catedral San Marcos , muy buen desayuno buffet y con excelente vista a la cupula de San Marcos y Morro de Arica .
Me gusto la textura de sus sábanas y almohadas

Central, limpio y recomendable por precio.
Pros:

Destacó la limpieza del lugar, se nota que las instalaciones son antiguas pero están preocupados de su mantenimiento en cuanto a pintura y limpieza, ropa de cama , con olor a recién lavada. Toallas impecables. Y aparte, cuando llegamos del centro. Nos habían limpiado la habitación y repuesto el jabón.

Cons:

No critico nada. Lo único que dejo para sugerencia es que tengan una alfombra de ducha o algo, porque a mí me da temor salir de ella y resbalar.

Céntrico y cómodo

Las habitaciones limpias, encontré unas manchas en la sábana pero como tenía otra cama no la usé , pero si el baño limpio, súper céntrico, cerca a todo. Por los comentarios que indicaban q estaba muy antiguo, está muy conservado y no se nota lo antiguo. La recepción muy amables.

Cons:

Los cubiertos del restaurante no son de acero inoxidable estaban todos oxidados y no es exageración, cuando les pedí cambiar me mostraron y todos eran iguales me indicaron q así son, pedí de plástico y no tenían. Las personas del comedor deberían ser más amables.
