In my personal experience, this hotel worth only for the location.
There are many restaurant surround the area, and also it´s right close to the beach.

Cons:

The room was really mediocre, with some kind of smell. Also, it was a noisy room that I could hear people from the next door and some really anoying noise from the parking side like tires screetching the floor. And last but not least, the spring matress was extreamelly soft. It was impossible to have a good rest on that bed. The matress really matter.

Hotel na melhor posicao de Santos para quem quer ir gonzaga ou a praia. Estrutura do quarto precaria
Pros:

A localizacao era excelente. O cafe da manha completo.

Cons:

Nao é possivel que em um hotel nao tenha um ferro de passar roupa ou uma sala para passar roupas. O banheiro tinha alguns pequenos vazamentos no box que escorria a agua para fora e molhava a area proxima ao vaso sanitario e pia.

Pros:

Tivemos um vazamento de água no banheiro (box/pia), mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa estadia. Os funcionários, todos muito simpáticos, e a localização são pontos altos. Vi muitas reclamações sobre as camas mas, pra mim, me agradou bastante; o colchão é mole porém muito confortável.
