Precisa melhorar
Pros:

O hotel em sua estrutura, localização, é ótimo.

Cons:

Colaboradores deixaram muito a desejar, nos únicos dois momentos que conversamos, checkin e checkout ,segunda questão, nota fiscal saiu nos nomes pessoa física, situação que já havia sido solicitada para ser em CNPJ no checkin.

Do not go there, do not waste your money or comfort.

Nothing whatsoever. We switched rooms up on arrival because we were right behind the elevator - it was very loud. The sheets were stained. We checked out the next day. You could hear everything in the bedrooms from the hall. We never received a refund for the last night’s stay we didn’t even use. They never called us back even with multiple attempts of reaching them. Then looking through the reviews apparently they do this quite frequently. Do not go there, do not waste your money.

No quarto as toalhas , uma de banho e uma de piscina ; a cama na descrição queensize e no quarto duas camas box juntas e um colchão horrível, e machucou a coluna da minha esposa, e o valor de uma garrafa pequena d'água 8reais
