Marvellous escape from more touristy Sa Pa town
Pros:

Staff is absolutely adorable and helpful with anything you need! The linen were smelling of fresh laundry and the room was extremely clean. The view from the homestay is absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast is served with fresh amazing local food and can be enjoyed overlooking the view!!
The homestay is in a quiet area, far away from the madness of super touristy Sa Pa town.

Cons:

I could hear some noise at times coming from upstairs as my room was right below the kitchen area; the bathroom was a bit difficult to manage with water from the sink flowing directly onto the floor and there was no separate shower box so the floor would get flooded each time I was using the shower or the sink.
I did not raise this with staff because I arrived late on the first night (btw I was charged quite some money for a late check-in) and I was staying one extra night only so I did not want to change the room again.

Bellissima vista
Pros:

Ad agosto la vista sulle risaie è incantevole. La struttura in generale è molto bella e caratteristica. Siamo anche riusciti a goderci la piscina e il servizio spa. Cucina e colazione buone. Staff cordiale

Cons:

La nostra stanza era un po' umida, c'era un po' di muffa in alcune zone. Servizio lavanderia potrebbe migliorare

Pros:

La chambre était propre, très confortable, la vue tout simplement époustouflante ! Se réveiller chaque matin face aux montagnes et à la majestueuse vallée de Muong Hoa est une expérience magique.
C'est l'emplacement idéal et le point de départ parfait pour partir en randonnée vers les magnifiques villages d'Y Linh Ho et Ta Van. Un petit conseil pour les futurs voyageurs : prévoyez de louer un scooter, ou faites appel aux taxis locaux pour vous déplacer facilement dans les environs. Pas beaucoup de restaurants dans ce quartier.

Cons:

Je crois qu'il y a une petite remontée de canalisation dans la chambre.

Magnifique séjour
Pros:

La vue magnifique et l’établissement très typique. On a adoré.
Très bon petit déjeuner avec une bonne soupe Pho.
Le soir il y a une carte avec beaucoup de choix. C’est très bon et très très copieux. Comme au restaurant. Ne pas hésiter

Cons:

L’odeur de traitement de bois et l’humidité dans la chambre. Mais bon on est à la montagne et c’est la saison des pluies.
