Enjoyful
Pros:

This hotel is outstanding. It has great location, just a few steps to Hoan Kiem lake. I enjoy the view from the restaurant on the 6th floor. The employees are super frienndly and supportive. I highly recommend and definitely stay here when I visit Hanoi.

Pros:

Room had everything you needed. Nice touch on the extras (toothbrush/cotton buds). Staff extremely helpful and accommodating.

Double bed was just 2 singles pushed together, not a huge issue just slightly more uncomfortable.

Pros:

Location is great just literally in Cau Go and 2mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Very very convenient for a solo traveller. They gave me a room that is quiet considering the main street is busy. Staff Lucie and Daniel are very accomodating and very approachable. They really helped me with my requests.

Great central place to stay to explore the old city.
Pros:

The location was perfect, close to the lake and the market. The young staff at reception were friendly and helpful and the staff offered great assistance with booking ongoing transport. Breakfast was exceptional and they even prepared a great take away breakfast as we left early on last day. Situated in the heart of the old city but the rooms are surprisingly so quiet. Lift was good so didn’t have to use stairs.

Cons:

Rooms are small but we booked the executive suit so had a little more room. Strange that the only window opens onto another window of another room but in the old city you expect things like that.

Ubicación inmejorable
Pros:

Lo mejor es sin duda la ubicación, se encuentra a 10 minutos andando de prácticamente todo lo imprescindible y además los fines de semana cortan el tráfico en las calles y se vuelve peatonal. El desayuno correcto sin más y la habitación estaba limpia y con todo lo necesario.

La struttura è in pieno old quartier super centrale, i servizi spa sono ottimi e le ragazze sono super carine, lo staff anche molto disponibile

קודם כל האנשים בקבלה היו הכי נחמדים ועוזרים שאפשר לדמיין.

חשוב לשים לב, החדר קטן. הוא ממש אחלה לשינה ומקלחת ומה שצריך, אבל זה לא חדר להיות בו הרבה זמן.

Персонал очень вежливый, помогли вызвать такси в аэропорт класса люкс!
Месторасположение самый центр очень удобно! Интересное замечание на перекрестке много девушек легкого поведения, которые пристают к иностранным мужчинам-занимательное зрелище)

Cons:

Интересное проектирование окна в номере…его как бы нет, открываешь и там стена сплошная с мусором. Пахнет в номере плесенью. Наблюдали разную живность-насекомых в номере. Не работали розетки в номере!

Outdated hotel, clean but in need of an upgrade- not a luxurious experience.
Pros:

Great location, cleaning every day with fresh towels, and a big window (but no view)

Cons:

The room is very old and pretty small, no elevator for our room (2 floor), we had a big stain on the wall and we asked to change room, no one returned with an answer.
