Rooms were a tad small, not much room for a big bag but still nice
The staff were really friendly and helpful, going beyond what would be expected, room is comfortable and clean
The room is kind of surprisingly small, but you get what you pay for. In the cheapest room there is no facilities such as a kettle.
Breakfast was good. Just make sure the cups are clean before drinking the juice. They are served in mason type jars and all around the grooves on the glass had mold.
Rooms are really small. Beds were not really beds. They were 2 mattresses on the ground pushed together to make a queen. I don’t even think you would consider them mattresses, they were like futon mattresses. If you like soft style beds, you won’t like these.
The location is at the center of Old Quarter, with many choices of cafe's, local souvenir/art shops in walking distance. On weekend, there's also Old Quarter Night Market where you can watch local street performance.
In the morning you can have breakfast at hotel restaurant on top floor with the view, or stroll around Hoan Kiem Lake and try local breakfast. The hotel staff Daniel and Henry were kind and helpful. We can keep our luggage while we leaving to SaPa for 2 nights. We booked suite room with view to the street in front of hotel.
