O hotel esta abandonado, sem nenhum cuidado em todos os aspectos , nada de manutenção, em lugar algum, frequento o hotel ja a alguns anos, mas dessa vez foi a ultima, porque como esta nao da mais pra ficar, acomodação pessima, pois a cozinha tudo quebrado, maquina de lavar, armarios, geladeira, e sem contar a sujeira em tudo, nao tem limpeza, e o restante tudo igual, banheiros, sala e quartos, e o pior que o custo e alto.

Overall, we had an amazing time! The hotel was refreshing and clean, the restroom were spotless
Pros:

Great service and the food was fresh and made to order. The Fish tacos were our favorite!

Cons:

There really wasn’t anything to complain about. However, if I was to mention anything, it would be that with the room I would’ve like some essentials I’m used to receiving such as a personal care kit in the bathroom with a shower cap and make up wipe.

Aly is the best!
Pros:

Great hotel, stayed before with family and came back with friends! Awesome experience starting from valet - Aly made the trip even more exciting with lots of helpful tips and local information! Quick and courteous front desk, attentive room service! Tasty meals at the restaurant! Water taxi stop right at the hotel! What more can you want 😜

Fantastic experience
Pros:

Laura T. Made me a caramel macchiato and provided the best customer service that I’ve had since I’ve been here. I’m not taking away from anyone else, but she did an incredible job. Very sweet lady.

Amazing drinks and amazing views!
Pros:

I had an amazing experience. My first mentionable encounter was with Max at the front desk. He was very friendly and provided great customer service and offered my husband and I complimentary drinks at the waterfront bar as we waited 10m for our room to be ready. But I wasn’t even mad about the wait after meeting the bartender Rodriguez, he made the most amazing drinks! Kept us at the bar. He was very attentive and knowledgeable about what the area had to offer.
The resort is refreshing, the room was clean but nothing to brag about.

Bad experience with rooms at this hotel I'm

The out side. Dinning by the bar on the water was nice also the games in the lobby are were nice

The rooms first room they gave me the air didn't work mold all around the ac and the room was disgusting that was room 1009 the second room they gave us the air didn't work maintenance man came up to fix it he got it working but made a awful loud rattling noise he stuffed towels around it to try to silence it but didn't work finally I called management they came up to the room and I told them to listen to this this room was 928 so they moved us into another room which was room 9:30 that room was okay all in all me and my girlfriend lost 3 hours of our time that we could not spend together because of these rooms they are to be ashamed of the way these rooms are and the condition that they are in especially in the area that this hotel is in very very disappointed
