Pros:

We had a beautiful stay. Pools were clean, rooms were wonderful. Breakfast was wonderful and staff was helpful and kind.

Pros:

Very convenient location in Burlington. There was no electricity when we arrived but the staff was very accommodating l.

Cons:

While the room was clean the rug portion should be replaced. Very dated and dreary.

This is a really well run and managed hotel. We loved the breakfast and the warm cookies.
Pros:

Two things stand out. The staff was happy to let us check in 2 hours early because my wife wasn't feeling well and had a gig in the evening so she needed to rest. The desk clerk waived the regular fee for an early check-in. The other thing was their cheerfulness about mailing some items that we accidentally left in the room, for the cost of postage. Way above and beyond.

24 hour shuttle was perfect.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Very good airport shuttle service.

Cons:

I chose this hotel because they offered the shuttle and a restaurant. I would not have booked if I knew the restaurant was closed.

So accommodating and convenient
Pros:

BW windjammer is great and very accommodating. Restaurant is great but we stayed on a Monday. There are easily accessible restaurants along the strip. Best was that they provide a hospital shuttle and 24 hour airport shuttle. I don’t know of any other hotel that does in the area. We will always stay here
