Ein sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV man ist schnell im Ahrtal oder in den umliegenden großen Städten

Insgesamt war es okay.
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, die Betten lagen sich auch so, dass man gut schlafen konnte.

Cons:

Die Duschen könnten mal eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Lose Toilettendeckel wurden während des Aufenthaltes nicht repariert.

Pros:

Das Personal, sehr freundlich, versucht jeden Wunsch vom Gast zu erfüllen und den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Cons:

Andere Gäste waren extrem laut und das zu Uhrzeiten wo Nachtruhe eingehalten werden sollte.

Das Frühstück hat an diesem Tag später begonnen, als im Aushang stand - für uns zu spät, da wir da schon wieder weg sein mußten. Vom Personal haben wir überhaupt niemand gesehen - Der Raum für die Fahrräder war dermasen klein, daß man kaum durch die Türe kam

Pros:

Die Lage war gut und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war in Ordnung. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, sind gesund angekommen und auch wieder gut nach Hause gefahren.

Cons:

Das Wetter war super. Ich habe schon viel von der Welt gesehen und muss feststellen, dass es auch in Deutschland Gegenden gibt, die nicht gerade wohlhabend sind.

Ein sehr gutes Frühstück (Kaffee sehr reichlich), eine nette, sehr engagierte Gastgeberin, nur ca. 10 Minuten von der Rheinpromenade entfernt

Cons:

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, sehr starker Autoverkehr, bis zum Abend hin teilweise störend

Im Zimmer waren Ameisen das Frühstück war immer das selbe aber die seurvis dame war eine Perle super nett zuvorkommend über sie gibt es nur gutes zu sagen....das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen das schönste war die Terme und der Rhein der Kurgarten...nochmals würde ich nicht mehr in diese Hotel wohnen wollen...zumal das Bett sehr unbekäm war

The outside was dirty and not inviting & access was through a door at the back Dark at night.
Pros:

The Breakfast was very good. The Room was clean and Tidy. The parking was very close to the Hotel

Cons:

The Toilet lid was broken. The Bathroom sink plug was broken / non operative/ seized. one of the over bed lights had NO Lamp bulb installed. It looked like it need a lot of care to bring it up to a reasonable standard. the outside back had overgrown vegetation on a concrete stairwell. We were there 1 night we were placed at the very top room 26 and it looked like it hadn't been used in years. but it was clean. the beds felt old lumpy and tired I did not sleep well. I made the staff aware of the faults

Das Bad war in Ordnung.

Die Einrichtung war ziemlich alt, und es ist sehr hellhörig. Der Preis ist zu hoch.
