Beautiful short stay with a standout dinner

Expected better
Pros:

Location brilliant, staff were awesome. The rooms small but well appointed.

Cons:

Breakfast included is a joke. A couple of jars of yoghurt and granola with a coffee pod machine and 2 croissant is frankly ridiculous. All amongst hugely over priced mini bar items. The split system air con filters were caked in dust.
The restaurant was disappointing, it all looked nice but my lamb was over cooked and coated with a sauce that was over powering in flavour. In fairness my partner’s meal was incredible so it’s hot and miss. Our wine was decanted but I had to go and get it myself as no one noticed our glasses were empty. It’s quite expensive for such an average experience.

Loved our brief stay at the gorgeous little hotel.
Pros:

Breakfasts great, the staff and service! The room was warm and cosy with water views. Short walk to the city.

Pros:

I loved absolutely everything. The room itself was beautiful, the staff amazing, the fully stocked bar with Tasmanian goodies made me wish I had more room in my luggage.

Cons:

That I couldn’t stay longer!

This is an exquisite boutique property. Beautiful rooms with gorgeous amenities and staff that go above and beyond.
Pros:

The location, the staff, the decor and the lovely breakfast provisions to enjoy while looking out over the lake. The whole experience was 10/10

Highly recommend staying in this quirky heritage accommodation. The amenities and welcoming staff were excellent.
Pros:

A quirky heritage building with great views of the river. The room was welcoming and comfortable, and the staff were very attentive. We enjoyed an excellent evening meal in the wonderful on site restaurant.

A warm and welcoming venue in all ways
Pros:

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional staff. Our room was atmospheric, warm and comfortable and the breakfast provisions were plentiful and of great quality. The restaurant is our Launceston favourite and food, wine and service were excellent as usual.
