Great location!
Nothing
Nice lobby, and fun with the games downstairs. Big and very comfy bed.
Pretty disappointed overall! Paid $260 for one night, expected better amenities - no tea/coffee in the room, no conditioner in the shower, bedside lamp didn't work. Biggest issue was the smell - you could tell it's a pet friendly hotel. We were also initially upgraded to a suite, which was not at all what we were after being split into tiny bedroom + office, but the smell was so bad we had to move to our original double room, which was much nicer. Also, sliding doors with such big gaps for the bathroom is quite awkward when sharing. We were up all night with noise from the street - glass recycling at 3am?! - but not much the hotel can do about that.
location
faucets at bathroom that have a stick design; stick was difficult to push up/down ,
cannot contil properly water temoerature snd volume ;
I had late check out and the hotel charged twice. I noticed that and email to the hotel on May 9th and no one has respond to me until a local friend of mine help me sort it out. Until now, the hotel still didn’t explanation or properly apologise the inconvenience causes. The experience is really awful and very disappointing!
Also, the front staff an Asian guy who is very rude and unhelpful. And the hotel never did the house keeping during my stay.
The Style, a hippster location
Dark rooms, few daylight
This is our 4th times, and didn’t fail us! The room are fantastic, nice, clean, and comfy. The location is perfect close to downtown with great value. Their staff are awesome especially, Maria - she is so cheerful, nice, friendly and welcoming, we always tried to come back here if we come to SF. Very recommended place to stay.
Loved the rock ‘n’ roll, psychedelic San Fran vibe! Stayed in suite 301 for extra room for our family of four, including two late-teen boys. Games room was terrific. Pullout couch mattress was not feasible to sleep on—the only downside. Staff were awesome. Thanks, Lina and Ben!
I stayed at the Zeppelin for the first time last night. I picked it blind off Hotel Tonight, and it was a wonderful surprise . Maria welcomed me with a big smile at the front desk and gave me great advice on local food and parking. The room was spotless and quiet and I loved the industrial desk and workspace.
The vibe is fun, the game room was a great bonus, and the bed was very comfortable . Very good value and a great stay! Thanks and I will be back.
Maria was great at check in and was a nice person made
Check in great
Maria was so kind to us and helped with my brother’s birthday and made it even more special! Thank you Maria!!
Starting with my check-in, Lina greeted me with a smile and was the epitome of hospitality. She was sincere and engaged. Helpful with my booking and arranging a different room due to my preference. It was seamless and made me feel welcome. Amenities were very good for the price point. I will definitely be back.
Everything was a little dingy and dirty. The furniture was stained, there were stains on the wallpaper, dead cockroaches in the game area. My friends had to be moved rooms twice because their rooms had not been cleaned.
It was a great stay with a convenient location near my work and friendly staff. Jazmine and Ben were especially helpful they assisted me with storing my luggage at checkout and recommended a great restaurant.
Location is good, you can reach anywhere in a short time by subway or taxi.
I’m sorry to mention this, but there was often a smell coming from the bathroom into the room.
