We weren't aware that the housekeeping policy was for every other day, but the front desk staff was very kind and provided everything we needed. The breakfast was very good—better than the standard we’ve seen at other hotels in the United States. It was interesting that we didn't have to show ID upon entry, though that rule is more common in Europe. Parking was affordable, and although the lot fills up, we always found a spot near our hotel. All the staff—in the dining area, at the front desk, and in housekeeping—were very friendly and helpful. Regarding housekeeping, despite staffing shortages, they really should check the soap dispensers in the bathtubs. We rated everything else as excellent.
We might not have realized that cleaning was scheduled for alternate days. However, a clarification would be helpful—perhaps a reminder posted on the back of the door.
44.00 parking
Super clean and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast.
No soap in soap dispenser in shower.
Posizione ottima, vicino al centro.
Colazione davvero scarsa. Pochi prodotti, varietà molto ridotta.
From the time I walked in the place looked awesome. And the staff were amazing. They were so helpful helping me to choose were to eat.
The pressure could be a little stronger. Other than that the hotel was a pleasure
It suited my needs
Room was not cleaned every day
The staff that I interacted with at this hotel were genuinely fantastic, they definitely embodied hoosier hospitality. My room was large and pretty comfortable overall. Decently sized bathroom. I appreciated the onsite laundry facilities and supplies available from reception. It's very close to a couple of museums, park and canals area which would be nice to walk around in pleasant weather.
It would probably be splitting hairs to find anything to criticise.
Cleanliness
The breakfast Saturday was poor, it was one lady working and basically she couldn’t keep up. No oatmeal, the orange juice was watered down, no coffee was ready
Work out facilities
Parking but atleast it was free
Staff was extremely nice and helpful.
Clean great staff.
No restaurant or club in or around hotel.
How about I tell you what I didn’t like. I didn’t like that I never stayed at this hotel yet I was charged an amount that wasn’t even the cost of the room I didn’t stay in. The only thing I’d like is my money back to my account or else it will get real legal.
I didn’t like the part where I was charged to stay and never booked the room. -$220 is on my statement yet I never stayed at this hotel. I don’t like being scammed.
When booking the room it was not disclosed that it was going to cost $35 and $40 per car to park. That is not just an insignificant add on. I didn't have much choice because of a convention in town. I needed a room to be close to my very ill wife.
