Pros:

Upon arrival their was several urban outdoorist in the parking lot. I never got out of my vehicle for safety concerns. Not the property's fault, but did not feel safe at all.

Cons:

I didn't feel safe enough to get out of my vehicle and even check in to the room.

Location only benefit for our stay.,
Pros:

Motel was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Staff was friendly. Randall’s and restaurants nearby.,

Cons:

Killed several bugs and cockroaches. The TV was not connected to any cable and streaming couldn’t be utilized. The lobby had a sign saying they had cable.

Cons:

Will there wasn’t a tv and the door wouldn’t shut without slamming it and the door let the sunlight in the bottom of the door and the bottom corner and by the ac unit it wasn’t don’t all the way and it let the light in and the beds they wasn’t a queen size at all

Staff was nice and did the best they could. But the place is gross. It felt unsafe.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

I saw a roach 45 seconds into being in our room. The smell from the trash cans going up the stairs made me sick to my stomach. It smelt like something died. We had no TV, no microwave and no mini fridge. A lot of homeless people in the area. And people smoking marijuana outside on the balcony which I wouldn’t have cared if I didn’t have my 5 year old son with me.

The room was a great value for the price.
Pros:

Location to cruise port and great value

Cons:

The grounds were a little messy which I understand since it’s being remodeled. The room was great except the bathroom floor wasn’t completely clean. There were dust bunnies around with hair.

Staff and site gave conflicting info. Arrived 1 1/2 hour after conflicting check in time and room was not ready. Asked for refund, clerk advised that may not get refund bc under contract...although they couldnt abide by their own contract when check- in was.

Pros:

Location was alright.

Cons:

There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling. Suppose to have microwave there was none. Woke up with roaches all over the room. There was no ice available. Room was nothing like the pictures online.

Dumpster fire if your not ready for guests than don't rent to rooms

The tv did not work they said they were remodeling and needed new cable wires said that booking knew that I never saw anything about it on booking no fridge or microwave black mildew around all outlets and switches and smoke detector and could see daylight all the way around the room door
