Prima hotel aan verkeersluwe straat.
Pros:

Schone, design (verlichting!) kamer. Niet groot maar voldoende ruimte voor twee. Je gaat tenslotte niet naar Brussel om op.je kamer te zitten. Prima douche. En dito bedden. Rustige ligging aan verkeersluwe veilige straat. Zeer behulpzame medewerkers. Creatief en betaalbaar ontbijt.

Cons:

Enige puntje: geen lounge om even te zitten. Wel een gezellig terras voor het hotel.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful, attentive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Offering filtered drinking water for guests was also a very thoughtful and welcome touch.

Cons:

I chose this hotel for a business trip because it was described as "central" in previous reviews and seemed close to my meeting locations. However, I wouldn't say it is conveniently located near Midi-Zuid, Central Station, or top attractions. I tried various transport and transit routes (and usually prefer walking), but the location turned out to be less accessible than expected.

Worst experience ever
Pros:

Cons:

This is one if the worst experiences of my life, first of all the location of the hotel is in the worst area possible lots of homeless people and alot of shady people downstairs, the room was fine I found 3 insects crawling in the bed, also the bathroom smelled bad the whole time and they didn’t even take out the garbage the enite 3 nights! Worst experience ever

Prefiero ir a un lugar con esta amabilidad y es sostenible, muy bien!
Pros:

Tienen un librito que explica porque es sustentable, fui de trabajo y es lo que necesitaba con un clima muy agradable y bar hasta las 12pm. El personal es muy amable todo el día y la noche!

Cons:

Nada que no sean externalidades de la ciudad que el hotel no puede controlar, no me sentpi insegura pero me dijeron que había que tener precauciones por el barrio por las noches...

Good hotel with helpful staff
Pros:

The hotel is nice and rooms were clean. Comfortable bed, room was not too small nor too spacious. Its enough for two people. The staff were polite and helpful. The location is great, close to the train station and bus stop, with lot of options for restaurants and cafes. Most of Brussels landmarks like grand place are walking distance.The hotel breakfast was decent to grab a quick bite. A late checkout is possible with an additional charge. We didn't face any problems during our stay.

Cons:

The bathroom is a bit small. Basic toiletries like toothpaste were not there and the body wash and shampoo bottle dispensers didn't work well. No other problems.
