Easy access to Georgia ave and places I need to go
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Updates in rooms were clear and welcome from last time we were there.

Cons:

Did not like paying for parking but it is Washington and that goes with the territiory

TV didn't work, No Help.
Cons:

When I arrived, my TV cable box was hanging in the air below the TV with wires dangling everywhere. There's no table or anything for the cable box and wires to sit on. The staff clearly knows this because there was no table in sight where the cable box could be placed, so it must have just hung there previously as well. Then I turned on the TV, and I noticed it froze every 5 seconds. I reported this through the app. I spoke to the front desk the next morning, and they said I didn't have the correct input, which isn't true. I knew I had the right input because I can see the TV shows, but it was freezing every 5 seconds. I explained this to them and told them I had pictures and videos as proof if needed. I asked for a partial refund, and they said I would need to contact booking.com, as they couldn't do anything. Nothing had happened. They've basically ignored me at this point. I'm interested to see their response here to see if they try to blame me again for using the incorrect input. Also, carpets near the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot were all stained.

Favorable for a short stay.
Pros:

I was comfortable. I travelled with my son and would have preferred two beds rather than one king. Refrigerator was not working.

Undergoing Renovations- hopefully better soon
Pros:

Breakfast was a nice spread although, I couldn’t eat anything after looking around. Not the best hygiene practices in place! Covid is still present and active in 2026. No hand sanitizer in the dining area (only by the elevator) and no gloves provided for tongs. And they were just placed on top of the food (boiled eggs in refrigerator). It was definitely a turn off for me- but I am a little ocd anyway. Hey- I guess some germs are good (I just didn’t want to bring any back with me lol).

Cons:

The tubs definitely need resurfacing (family’s tub looked the same way)! Dirty!! I had to place a towel down before I showered.
Paying for parking was ridiculous when the parking lot is extremely too small for the place. (Who wants to stay in especially coming out of town to explore the area- worried about parking). But security is in site- good thing!!

Nice and friendly staff, clean and would use and recommend to others due to metro vicinity.

Room 212 very clean and comfortable, breakfast was very nicely prepared and clean stations. Overall a clean and comfortable place.

Cons:

1. Kinda sketchy neighborhood
2. Hotel parking not the best
3. Door deadbolt did not work.
