Clean and kind people
The door key didn’t work for like 3 times so they moved me to different room
Elise was wonderful! The room was clean and clearly newly renovated. The housekeeping staff were very friendly.
The breakfast left a lot to be desired, but was edible.
Bed, bath and breakfast.
Location.
The staff were friendly and professional
A little pricy
Bien
La ubicacion
The rooms & bathroom were newly redone.
The location of the lobby was very small & unwelcoming. Elevators barely fit a luggage cart. Even the hallways were narrow. Our air conditioner did not put out cool air on night 1 & it was 95 outside. They got it fixed the next day.
Parking lot only had 20 spots for the number of rooms. Some spaces had rolls of new carpet stored there for less parking.
Bldg under renovation - badly worn out - not as close to metro as originally described
Limpieza , buenas camas, buen baño, buen desayuno

Nothing
I booked an ada room months before my stay because I am totally disabled and can't walk at all and use a mobility scooter 100% of the time. When I arrived they told me they did not have an ada room available. They told me they would show me a room with a shower and would put a shower seat in the shower. I looked at the room and told them it was unacceptable. They told me that room was my only option. I had been traveling since 5:30 am and it was late at night and I had no transportation so I tried the room for the night. I found I could not use the bathroom without making a mess of myself and the bathroom. There were no grab bars by the toilet and I almost fell every time I tried to use it. I used the lobby bathroom from that time on. There was no way I could use the shower. The next day I was told they were working on my problem. I was told various stories like they were fixing up a room for me on the property and to come back in an hour. They told me could not contact me before hand because they didn't have my contact information. I had been receiving emails and texts from them right before the trip so that was incorrect. They told me several other things that were obviously incorrect. The last thing they told me was that they could not help me because I booked through booking.com, I couldn't sleep that night and I felt like I was in a dangerous situation in the room. I was very frustrated and angry at that point and I was speaking loudly at the people at the desk who said they could do nothing to help me. The general manager came out and told me to calm down which made me even angrier. Within 2 minutes the general manager me you are evicted and have 10 minutes to vacate the property or the police will be called. I am a 69 year old man on a mobility scooter.
Localização e o estacionamento público ao lado do hotel. Café da manhã bom.
A região pareceu pouco segura.

Clean
After a 4-hour domestic flight and a 10-hour long flight, I thought the journey from Washington Airport to the hotel would be far from the city center, but the following days weren't that difficult or long. Maybe it was just fatigue?
The hotel is a bit small but fully meets needs. The reception staff are helpful and attentive. The room is normal for a hotel concept, but it felt a little small to us, though that wasn't a problem. The cleanliness was good, the bathroom was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean.
There are security guards in the evenings, so it's safer.
Although the breakfast area is a bit cramped, the variety of food is good and constantly replenished (Turks shouldn't complain about the lack of items like cheese/olives, after all, this is America! Those who want these can buy them from the market). There's a good coffee machine that makes instant coffee, you can get coffee 24/7, which I really liked and appreciated.
Silver Spring is a nice and clean place, the city center is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel and there are food, drink and clothing stores (Nike, TJ Maxx, Marshall, Whole Foods etc.) available.
The metro is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and the city center is a 20-minute walk away (one-way $4.30, contactless credit card payments work seamlessly, no need to deal with tickets).
The city is very well organized; visit all the monuments and museums (free). They are all incredibly large and rich. Visit two museums in one day; you'll get tired, but you won't forget. We stayed for 4 days, but it was enough. One day, get off at Union Market and walk towards the city; the neighborhoods will take you to a whole different place.
I was very pleased with the hotel (thanks to everyone) and the city; I'm so glad we went and saw it.
