Pet friendly but was not happy about check in i booked well i was at work after 5pm for the same day my fault didnt realize it said the office closed at 5pm when my family and I got there after i got out of work at 12am the security clearly said that if i booked after 5 they dont leave keys and we exactly. We're out a day and we already had prepaid. The front office girl didn't want to fix it because she said it was our fault. Whatever checked in and my checkout was supposed to be for Friday on Thursday. They were calling me telling me my stuff was still in the room. Well, yeah, because I had paid until Friday morning. So they messed up on their unorganized. The property itself is not bad.I mean there is a lot of shady people but it's not horribly crazy just felt like i was charged more then i actually stayed and the rooms all show and say kitchen but they do not have kitchen smh
It's perfect for the area
The rooms were nice, clean and the areas was pretty love the nature vibe it was giving. But the few things I had an issue with was early check in fee was 20$ for each room. We weren’t told that when we called the hotel but found out right when we got there. Plus a 50$ deposit which was understandable but the early check in fee is just ridiculous honestly
Hear
Well where do i start first theres a 50 dollar deposit thats not mentioned anywhere and becareful they take money away from that for killing a bug was on their bed when we arrived i was charged for the blood from the bug. I mean really and now im covered in red bites also. Only one trash can in the whole room and the shower was turning into a bath without my doing .oh and the slamming doors all day long from next door .
owner was not there during my check in or check out which resulted in a lot of waiting because nobody else seems to work there if they leave the property. place was clean enough. other tenants were too loud and making too much noise. did not enjoy my stay. ended up leaving early.
Amazing 😍
Great little hideaway.
Todo muy bien
I wouldnt mind if i brought u something
I ARRIVED TO AN RUN-DOWN OLD ESTABLISHMENT THAT ONCE WAS A DRUG AND SEX TRAFFICING PLACE. PLEASE BEWARE THAT THE PICTURE IS OF ANOTHER PROPERTY IN PEORIA AZ. IVE ALREADY FILED A REPORT.
I love the peace and customer was amazing
It’s so nasty and unsafe. Don’t go to this place , the pictures are not real.
Doors damaged and locks not functioning, sheets dirty, roaches and other bugs throughout.
Will never book here again.
There were tons of flies in the room, the TV did not work and they could not move us to another room that was very disappointing
Staff leaves at 5 pm and then the one security guard has to take care of everything. I had a broken tv remote, needed extra towels and overall feel felt like a prison.
This is a very nice hotel, thank you.
Good for the price
Not bad for the money room smell is something off idk maybe it’s the cleaner they use
I don’t even know where to start. The pictures are inaccurate to what the property looks like. The hotel is completely run down, parking lot has pot holes and homeless people all around it ALL THE TIME, and the parking lot wall says “child predator rv” in spray paint. When we drove in the first night there was a part of the parking lot with police tape lined off with a biohazard team scrubbing the floor and police finishing reports up for god knows what. The door didn’t lock and the only thing was the top latch to keep the door secured and the key swipe was broken and took minutes to work each time. Hot water was hit or miss. Towels were dirty upon arrival but yet we were charged $22 for “staining towels”. It was advertised for a hot tub but the front desk staff told me they “never had a hot tub” when you can clearly see one was filled in. The day we were supposed to check in, the front office “closed early for no reason” so the security guard had to check me in, it was 4pm and he said they had gone to lunch and never came back. In fact, the front desk staff looked like they were never there. Had called multiple times and emailed about access to WiFi, never received an answer. At one point a lady was coming through and collecting rent, I let her know we already paid for the hotel. Thankfully we took our own trash out, I’m SURE we would’ve been charged for that.
It worth the extra couple dollars to stay in a real hotel. DO NOT COME HERE, it’s not worth the money, I promise.
