As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our facilities, renovation works at the Premier Club Lounge and Premier Wing guest rooms will be carried out in phases from May to December 2026 to elevate your overall stay experience. Perfekte Lage für eine Stadterkundung
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt perfekt um viele schöne Gebiete fußläufig zu erreichen. Es hat einen kleinen schönen Pool im Innenhof des 5. Stock, der sehr schön zum entspannen zwischendurch einlädt. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Gegenüber des Ausgangs befindet sich ein sehr gutes Frühstückscafé (Glasshouse)

Loistohotelli hyvällä paikalla!
Pros:

Ensiluokkainen kaikenkaikkiaan. Huone oli sopivan kokoinen kahdelle. Sijainti hyvä. Suihkussa hyvä vedenpaine. Vesipullot kuuluivat jokapäiväiseen siivoukseen vaikka hanavesi varsin juotavaa. Suihkulla oma pikkuhuone, samoin wc:llä, käsienpesuallas niiden ulkopuolella mikä osottautui toimivaksi ideaksi.
Huone oli siisti ja puhdas, ei kulumisen/käytön jälkiä juurikaan.
Huoneessa oli ilmastointi päällä ja huone oli ihanan viileä kun saavuimme.

腕と太ももをトコジラミまたはダニに噛まれてしまったようで、痒みが現在も続いている。
窓際付近に荷物を置いていたからかもしれないが、泊まった部屋にそのような虫がいないか点検した方がいいと思います。

Always excellent, not cheap but good value as exceeds expectations
Pros:

Cons:

Little mat space in gym, few food intolerance options in cafes and main hotel restaurant (eg. Non-wheat) but this is being really fussy as I was really happy with the place. Only mentioned for possible improvement.

Singapore is simply fantastic!
Pros:

The spacious room.
All the he staff were all top-knotch.
Its proximity to the City Hall MRT and Raffles City Mall.
The availability of buses to just simply explore and see where Singaporeans live, work and play.

Cons:

More understanding over the booking. This trip was initially a three day layover on the way to the UK. Our onward flight changed and we were unable to complete that part of the trip. The Carlton would not let us cancel so we came to Singapore for an eight day trip but we changed hotels after three days.
After being there the Carlton is obviously not hard up for a quid. I think they could have been more forgiving. And yes, I am aware of the irony - if they had cancelled the tickets we would not have had such a wonderful time.
