L’équipement commence à être vétuste, avec un peu d’odeur dans la chambre, qui était très classique. Les interactions avec le personnel étaient assez froides. On s’attendait à un plus haut niveau de service.
the baaathroom should have had a door to partition the washbasin area, otheriwse everything was spot on .
The room and staff are very nice and friendly. The hotel location is very convenient. I will stay here again next time! Highly recommended!

Super hospitality displayed by the staff. Very courteous and efficient. Made our stay very comfortable. The staff were kind to upgrade us to the Premier Room.
They could introduce a jet washer in the toilet for the WC. Apart from that nothing really...the only fact that I couldn't stay longer.
Very good location, helpful and friendly staff, room is clean and spacy. Location is excellent, close to singapore central area. A big shopping cneter is within walking distance. The bed is comfortable to sleep not too soft and not too firm.
The view of our room is not too good, do not have a mini bar and the fridge in the room is small and faulty. This part is not good for the moeny i paid.

Great hotel with everything a couple needs for comfort whilst exploring Singapore. Upgraded from deluxe to executive suite for free which was lovely. Large bed size greatly appreciated, amenities clean and polished. Food options internal otherwise close to great and varied restaurant and fast food options. Between 2-3 shopping malls. Convenient location to Gardens by the Bay (10min taxi, near to City Hall MRT options also) Very helpful staff.
The gym facilities are the best I have experienced at any hotel, everything a regular gym user could need and appreciate. The gym is spacious, good aircon, had a great amount of gear (both inside and outside standard strength building and functional training gear catering for novice to athletes). Mark the trainer, manager and designer of the gym is on hand to support anyones needs. He was very happy to give a tour and offer support if needed. A great sauna available for both male and female (separate) use.
Would recommend staying for affordable comfort, and those who appreciate health/training support whilst away from home.
