It was pleasant for the most part
Pros:

Fully booked and was very quiet. Just outside of all the busy traffic but still super close to everything

Cons:

The rocking chairs out front is where all the smokers congregate and it’s gross. The entire front entrance is smoky and stinks

Pros:

Nothing!

Cons:

It was dirty. The staff was mean and nasty and rude. We’d ask for towels. They wouldn’t bring them. We asked for clean sheets. They wouldn’t do it. It was just an all-around bad experience. especially for the price.

Cons:

AC was not working properly and while booking the hotel, booking.com said we can checkout at 12 but the hotel people said 11...and immediately every 10 minutes house cleaning people were knocking the door and asking are you checking out or not...they Disturbed a lot and breakfast is not good

I didn’t stay there because is wasn’t clean.
Cons:

The building smelled. There were stains on lamp shades the thermostat was dirty. I was there for 20 minutes and knew I wasn’t staying there. We left and went some where else.

A reliable choice on Hilton Head
Pros:

This was a good place to stay on Hilton Head. It provided the typical reliable Hampton Inn experience. The breakfast was excellent. I was disappointed that there was only one treadmill in the exercise room, because that's always the most popular machine. My only complaint about the service is that around 6 AM, members of the housekeeping staff started conversing loudly in the hallway. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate for people who were trying to sleep.
