Overall a smaller hotel and the rooms are a bit outdated. It’s also located next to the airport so it’s a bit loud.
Pros:

Just about everything! Clean, quiet, reasonable rates, friendly staff (see below for exception) and pet forgiving as well.

Cons:

When I first phoned the hotel, I was admittedly both stressed, but also confused. (Hey, everybody is gonna get old LOL. I'm not ready for the farm yet). The initial person who answered the phone, YOUR first voice representing YOU, was darned near as confused as I was LOL. I rang the Hampton because, In my brain, I had confused your name with "Sheraton". The lad who answered tried to find the phone number of the SHERATON. (Hint, there isn't one). After some more talking, I had to ask him if he would check to see if I was registered HERE, (which indeed, I was). All that could have been avoided without the snarky attitude, and when he finally figured out I was a guest, he basically said "Oh, Ok, cya" and hung up. Without giving me the address. I actually spoke to one of your desk attendants (who was EXTREMELY helpful! I wish I had HER name) who set me straight. I complained to her too LOL. Thanks for letting me complain. Rest assured, WE WILL BE BACK!

Location, breakfast was not bad.

Cons:

Staff can be friendlier. I overheard the way reception was talking to someone, and she also told me I was asking too many
questions.

I arrived at breakfast a few minutes late; they started to clean up. I said breakfast was over at 9:30 am. The cleaning lady didn't say anything to me; she just made a noise.

There were out of ICE in the morning already.
