It was too high priced for what we got. We had small issues, that were an inconvience.
Pros:

Location was great. Easy from train station and close to everything you will need

Cons:

It was too high priced for what we got. The price was high for a standard hotel room. We had a quadruple room booked, but our dates changed so when had to down grade to a triple room, and it was slightly more that the quadruple room. I changed the dates about 2 weeks after booking originally.

Also there was a sewer smell in our room constantly
We had issues with the door locking and unlocking with the key, and I felt that the hotel staff at the front thought it was because of me, but in the end the bateries were dead in the card swipe. The house keeping lady was awesome at helping us with that . She was the only one that actually wanted to solve the problem. Everyone just continued to reprogram the card every time we had an issue

Pros:

Excelente! personal amabilísimo y ubicación inmejorable. La habitacion de tamaño un poco justo para dos pero suficiente, y con aire acondicionado. El baño muy bien y muy grande. El desayuno abundante y variado. Muy recomendable, sin duda volveremos en nuestra proxima visita a Florencia.

Well located hotel to visit Florence
Pros:

Nice hotel located next to train station and walking distance from most main attractions in Florence. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Good breakfast. Good arrangement for parking even if a bit long to walk back to hotel.

Cons:

The triple room I had booked was very small. There was no possibility to offload the luggage from the car without blocking the street which created some trauma! Other hotels block the front of their building to allow for this. Not sure why this one does not. Would be nice to have fresh juices at breakfast especially during the fruit season.

Lovely location.. very small single room
Pros:

The location was perfect.. staff were lovely especially the breakfast lady.

Cons:

The room was way too small.
Maybe good for a guest with small luggage . But for me who had a large luggage bag ,as I’m traveling for a few months,that needed to be opened up it was impossible.

Excelente hotel, muito bem localizado. Café da manhã ótimo, com diversas opçoes. Quarto triplo amplo, com boas camas e um bom ar condicionado para o calor que estava em Florença nos dias que estivemos la.

Cons:

O banheiro era bem pequeno, box bem apertadinho. Para pessoas maiores talvez fosse incomodo. Mas para mim, não foi um problema.
