Pros:

Great central location. We only stayed one night so it was fine, but may have considered moving hotels if we were staying longer. One of our rooms had a strange smell, but the other did not. The breakfast was mid. It was better in other places. The staff was nice and assisted us greatly with car and garage since the hotel is in a driving restricted zone but they have an agreement with the garage which is amazing.

El personal del hotel es muy amable, atentos a todas laa necesidades de los huéspedes y a resolver imprevistos. MUY SERVICIALES. La decoración del lugar es impecable, pensando en que cada uno disfrute de Florencia desde el alojamiento. El baño es pequeño pero correcto para 2 personas. La ducha, mil puntos

Cons:

La única sugerencia que haroa es que al mekos a la llegada, dejen agua en las habitaciones como una cortesia. Viajamos en mayo y aunque no ser verano, el calor se adelantó y tuvimos días muy caldos. Seria un detalle bonito que no impkica demasiado costo al propietario

Läget var fantastiskt. Väl städat. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsam. Sängen var bekväm. Rummet var bekvämt, väl planerat och tyst. Bra att det fanns personliga låsbara skåp för förvaring av bagaget efter utcheckning. Extra beröm till personalen som arbetade med frukost och städning.

Cons:

Större delen av frukostbuffén var inte täckt, vilket gjorde att osten torkade och att myggor lade sig på maten. Dörren till toaletten gick inte att stänga. När toalettpapper och handtvål tog slut fick vi inte ny. Dörren till skåpet till minibaren satt löst. Termostaten till luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte så man kunde inte ställa in temperaturen. Det fanns inga ställen att lägga toalettartiklar. Inte heller tillräckligt med hyllor i garderoben eller galjer.

Hotel charmoso e bem localizado
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, próximo à estação de trem e das principais atrações turísticas de Florença. Quarto espaçoso, limpo, com cortesias no banheiro (shampoo condicionador e creme), possui elevador e frigobar. Funcionários cordiais e prestativos. Café da manhã bem variado. Biscoitos, água na recepção todos os dias e, alguns dias havia happy hour com Snacks liberados e a primeira bebida por conta da casa.

Pouca iluminação no quarto.
