Property Description

The Gulf View Hotel is located on Clearwater Beach, two miles from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Features an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and private white sand beach. All spacious guest rooms feature private balconies, refrigerators, coffee makers, safes and small kitchenettes with stove tops, toasters, dishes and flatware for four.

Important information:

Only 1 parking space is allowed per room.

Guests must be at least 21 years or older to check-in. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

I love that it has a private beach and the pool is on the beach. I love each room has a kitchenette. I love that it is affordable!

Cons:

The room is a bit crowded. The one table is crowded with the microwave and coffee pot. It is an older hotel so that shows and there is a musty smell.

All in all a pleasent stay with direct access to the a lovely beach

Lucy the housekeeper was amazing always so nice and courteous and made sure we had everything we needed.
Pros:

Great location. Great value for the money.

Cons:

My view was a garage. Returning customers should be able to get a view of the ocean.

It was wonderful and amazing.
Pros:

The property has good location. It was clean and the staff were nice and friendly

Cons:

We had many inconveniences in the room. The refrigerator didn't work, neither did the TV but the reception staff in a short time solved all the issues .

Beautiful location on the private beach. Really friendly staff. Clean room and the bed was really comfortable.
