Room appointment was nice, but cramped; do not need a boxy wardrobe that steals floor space for suitcases.
Poor, only free coffee; bagged processed muffins and cereal boxes available.
Noisy due to concert-goers up until 2AM; elevator running constant dinging sound.
Staff was unassertive.
Noticed iron gated fence around hotel which alerted me to its security concerns.
Depressed looking location.
Gym was out of use due to water leak on one side of the gym.
Nothing to do in the area; barely appealing to walk in the area; sketchy location.
Looks newly renovated. Great modern room with small kitchen fully equipped.
Location, too bad you can’t move it.
I liked the little kitchenette
The elevator never worked and I didn’t have full size towels and the location was scary surrounding hotels with busted windows and homeless people everywhere I was nervous to stay in the area
Location around food shops
The carpet's dirty.we checked under the sofa and it has rose petals probably from previous customer. Paper towel in the kitchen was not refilled.Asked for a extra after finishing it but the receptionist told us its not available..receptionist are not very helpful with the customers concern.
It’s private
It’s dirty
Gated parking lot
Elevators where broken the whole stay, the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely loud, the bathroom had not been fully cleaned before our stay, the bed was extremely hard
The room was clean, and the desk staff were polite.
We were given the wrong room. I mentioned it to the desk clerk, she gave us a new room, exactly the same as the first. We booked a room with a queen bed and pullout couch. We had a room with a queen bed and a recliner. We asked for a cot and one was brought up, so we at least had 2 beds.. I booked a handicap room because it was the only one available online but it still said there was a pullout. When I went down to ask about the room, the desk clerk could have explained that the pullout couches are in the non handicapped rooms and saved us both some trouble. We could have moved to the ither tyoe of room.. Also, the tub in the "handicap room" was a normal tub, not a walk in shower, and the floor was extremely slippery. When we went to check out in the morning, the elevators were broken so I had to carry all of our things down 3 flights of stairs, which took me 4 trips. My husband uses a walker, so he couldnt help, and navigating those stairs was dangerous. At the very least, I should have been given a large discount for the inconveniences. Definitely wont be booking here again.
Hotel was clean and comfy. We absolutely loved our room.
Sign on the elevator said out of order, but we saw people using it. When we asked the desk attendant she said didnt know if we should use it or not so we used the stairs. She should've found out and removed the sign if needed so other guests would know.
Both desk attendents were dressed in sweat pants and a tshirt or hoodie and crocs or slides. I am all for being comfortable but I feel like in the hospitality industry you should be dressed a little better than sweats and crocs.
Gabe me wrong room

It didn’t have the free breakfast with the room
Room Space and Kitchenette
The HVAC system did not work. We were there on one of the hottest spring days and the room was a steamy 77 degrees. I went to the front desk they came and could not get the system to work. They apologies and offered a discount on the room and a dirty fan (again apologizing) since they had no other rooms. In addition, the toilet appeared to have not been cleaned in months with someone else's hair stuck to the base. The worst part was being lied to. Upon check out, I asked if the discount was applied to my account. I was told yes and it was 20%. At the time, we thought this was more than generous. However, just checked my statement and the discount was 7.5%. I can only guess the policy is to OVER promise and UNDER deliver.
The staff was great. I got into the hotel at 1am on Friday, March 6th. I was woken up the next morning by fire alarms around 9:30am, and it continued for about 45mins. I understand this was of no fault of the hotel itself. After this, I started my day and noticed there were no towels in my hotel room at all. I went downstairs and I was told there was a flood in the hotel, which is why I did not have any towels. But the flood happened that morning and I arrived the previous night, so I'm not sure why I did not have towels. I was unable to shower Friday morning because I was told the water had to be turned off and there were no available clean towels. I got back to hotel around 3:30pm Friday and went to shower again, after being hand delivered towels by the kind staff. I was never told there was a lack of hot water, so I went downstairs to ask what was going on and they said the water had just been turned back on and it would take 30-60mins to kick in. I took a cold shower and went on with my evening. The following morning (Saturday), I went to shower at 5:45am (I was in town to compete at The Arnold) and the water was FREEZING cold. This was over 12 hours after I was told the hot water was turned back on. I had to take another cold shower. I tried showering again at 3am before my flight on Sunday morning and the water was still freezing cold.
I noticed there were yellow stains on my comforter, which I did not appreciate seeing.
Although the staff was great, the experience at the hotel itself was absolutely not worth the $350 that I spent and I was extremely disappointed.
