Afternoon tea at the Lancaster is always so wonderful. The ambience is lovely. The tea, sandwiches, scones, and sweets are delicious.

The service is fabulous. You really feel taken care of.

went last saturday with some girlfriends to grab a couple drinks and lite bites for the first time at the Lancaster & Mark made our whole experience just one to remember! we will definitely be coming back!

I checked in on Saturday and had a wonderful stay! The luxurious hotel is beautiful and clean with lots of amenities. Kevin at the front desk was specially friendly and helpful, he made the experience even better. Highly recommend.

We had Afternoon Tea at the Lancaster’s Cultivated F+B today and had a wonderful experience! The food was delicious (I recommend the scones!), Mark took great care of us, and we can’t wait to go back soon.

Mark at Cultivated was wonderful. Came in for dessert and champagne and we were seated in the lounge. Great attentive service and atmosphere!

I had a great experience during my stay, and I especially want to recognize Kevin for his excellent service. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout my visit. Kevin made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. His positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and Kevin is a big reason why my stay was so enjoyable.

A gorgeous, intimate, and sophisticated gem in downtown Houston.

We had the pleasure of dropping into the Lounge for dessert and a drink before the ballet. We were served by Mark who was friendly, attentive and professional. With his expert guidance, we selected the bread pudding for our evening treat with our cocktails. Our dessert was better than we imagined possible and the drinks were refreshing and delicious.

Surrounded by the lovely atmosphere, we enjoyed a perfect hour before our show. This prestigious Downtown Houston is not to be missed and we’re already planning our next visit!

Incredible, intentional customer service. Quality features and products throughout the rooms. You’re greeted and treated like family throughout your stay. The environment quiet, inviting and warm, super impressive when you’re on the corner of a busy street. Cannot wait to go back!
