My friends and I had such a wonderful experience at the Lancaster Hotel’s High Tea service. The ambiance and staff were cozy and luxurious. Our server, Mark, made sure we were well taken care of and happy.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is warm and welcoming. Gary at the front desk went out of his way to make our stay very nice.

What an amazing way to spend a Sunday afternoon! I love taking tea and this is now my favorite place. The service included four sandwiches, two scone and a variety of desserts. All of the sandwiches were delicious but there is a special place for the Coronation chicken and the smoked salmon. The scones (made in-house) were delicious with the clotted cream, raspberry jam and lemon curd (the later two made in-house). The desserts were the perfect bite sized sweet end to the whole experience. Mark, our waiter, was the perfect host and quite delightful. Five stars all around.

I had such a great time at the Lancaster and this will not be the last time I visit you all.

Mark was a wonderful host and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. His attentive service made the experience even more memorable. The scones were absolutely incredible, especially with the clotted cream and lemon curd, which were truly out of this world. Every pastry was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
One of the most thoughtful touches was being sent home with homemade cookies. It was such a sweet ending to an already wonderful experience.
