Excellent!
Pros:

This is our first time to Nagoya and our stay in this hotel. Upon our arrival by own driving, the staff give clear direction to my husband of parking our car.

When I go into the hotel lobby, I was immediately attracted by the excellent floral arrangement in front of me, so gorgerious, impressive, the colour combination and the pattern is just fascinating. There are three display of different style with the same flower but just give you a view of classy and a very warm welcome vibe.

I was then diverted to their floor of reception, which is exceptional high class, with relax environment and a peaceful vibe for you to stay for a while after the long travelling hours. The varitey of drinks (with help yourself style), the decoration of the check-in as well as the individiualized check in service (just like private banking services) which value every customer with privacy with seating (different from those in the ground floor check in with lots of people around, luggage everywhere and standing for the whole process). It really demonstrate their customer-focus attitude and manner. The check in staff is equipped with good english communicate skills, polite, explain everything in details but concise.

After the check in, another staff immdiately follow you and help you with all the luggage to the room (without any waiting which is highly efficient). Of course, we are satisfied with the room of such pricing standard, in particular, the use of "Bvlgari" shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, with good smell and high quality. Only one slight point of a bit old and needs refurishment of door of the wardrobe. Also if the room floor carpet would change to floor tiles would be much better. Nearby the hotel with a lot of restaurants, near to station perfect location!

Anyway, I will definitely highly satisifed and recommended this hotel. Will come back and stay again in the future.

Lovely traditional hotel centra for sightseeing. Fantastic breakfast
Pros:

Lovely traditional hotel. Fantastic breakfast (best we had in Japan). As hotel was older it is probably due a refresh. Free tea and coffee available all day. A taxi to and from the train station was around 1000 yen, which with luggage was worth it. Lots of eateries close to hotel, and metro close by to get to attractions.

Cons:

To use the swimming pool and spa was a lot extra, unless you were staying on the floor where it was included.

Pros:

We stayed in the Espacio part of the hotel. The experience was outstanding, great amenities and the staff are lovely. The buffet breakfast, afternoon tea and nightcaps in the lounge were our favourite part of the stay. Great variety of food (Japanese and Western) and views across the city. I also used the pool and baths/sauna facilities which was included and they were great. Highly recommend if you are looking to treat yourself.

Comfortable home base for exploring nagoya
Pros:

Big rooms/ good breakfast buffet with Western and Japanese options

Location was great. Easy to get to.

It was quiet.

Cons:

The pool facilities are only for adults. Teens not allowed. I understand where they are coming from, but it was still a bummer.

Pros:

エスパシオフロアを利用しました。到着直後からリラックスできるスペースで、ラウンジの利用が特別感を引き立ててくれました。別棟のスパがまたよく、ひとりでのんびりできました。部屋にはキッチンやドラム式洗濯機があり、子供がいる私たちにとって、とても助かりました。

特になし。部屋には物が揃ってあり、リクエストにもすぐに応じてくれました。
