The staff were nice, always smiling I’m very helpful. Our room was comfortable.
Pros:

I didn’t have breakfast.

Cons:

The carpets in the hallways seem to be quite worn and the decor seems to be outdated.

Pros:

Right downtown and easy access to everything! Staff was super nice and friendly.

Cons:

The room had toilet paper stuck in the door and a few small things which made it not feel as clean as I would have liked

Our room and service was lovely!
Cons:

It was supposed to be a get away and be relaxing with my husband and spend the day in the hot tub and we were not told when booking and checking in that the hot tub was broken. And the sauna rooms are located in only the female and men’s locker rooms so we could not even spend time together.

My kids loved the pool and how it wasn’t very deep.
Pros:

The location and room was nice.

Cons:

Staff didn’t inform me about the free parking my package came with and I didn’t get my breakfast coupons. I wasn’t even told about breakfast coupons until check out.
