Déjeuner, manque de choix, serviettes dans la chambre, elles sont petites, aucune serviette dans la piscine
On était placé complètement dans le dernier coin de l'hôtel et on était très tôt. Aucun service d'aide pour amener les bagages à l'étage.
Toilette fait du bruit toute la nuit. L'eau coule, le fan dans la toilette fait du bruit pour rien, car il n'est utile à rien du tout.

Old taps leaked plant as old coffee machine was small useless and didn’t use pods, tub for shower was too high, beds were soft bathroom small. Toilet too low.

I arrived to discover that lower level rooms means the basement!! My basement actually has bigger windows than these do. Fortunately, they upgraded me to a main floor room. This is a motel room, not a hotel. You park in front of your room and access it from outside. This is supposed to be non-smoking; however people are smoking right outside your door so you get smothered in smoke!
It doesn't get better once you enter the room. It is extremely dark (hate to see the dungeon rooms), dilapidated and dingy. The linens are clean, but have a strong chemical smell and are very rough on the skin. The furniture looks like someone threw it off the back of a truck. It is full of gouges. The bathroom counter also had chips and stains. The bathtub is chipped amd scratched, the toilet has to be flushed a couple times to work and the shower head was absolutely disgusting!!
The breakfast was not much better. Nobody was there to clean tables after they were used.
This place looks like a "charge by the hour" motel. It definitely does not reflect what they charge per night.

small parking lot was so tight with vehicles that I had a hard time getting parked. There was a person going around with a flashlight looking inside vehicles which made it hard to sleep with worry. the room was in need of an overhaul, the flooring was laminate and seams were coming apart with dirt between the boards. The counters had burn marks, gouges and stains. The tub had a scum line from dirt all around it and there was hair everywhere. Beds were tiny and so springy it was easy to fall off.

The confusion of the hallways. If ever there was a fire it would be very confusing to get out of the building.

When I went into the pool area there was a strong smell of chemicals and there was white suds in the pool so unfortunately I did not go in the pool but did go into the hot tub and sauna!!!

Parking is horrendous. Building is confusing - multiple stairwells that do not all go to the same floors. Seems like multiple buildings were thrown together without plans.

Nothing specific - maybe the breakfast was just OK good, not special experience.

There was a few areas of the room where the paint was peeling due to water damage, but nothing too bad for one night of sleep.
