Worst experience of all time
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

They are not clean not communicative. No proper services were available. Rooms had bugs and roaches. Bedsheets weren’t clean and torn. They are not willing to help either! Poor breakfast.

Was sent away because my booking was not in the hotel system they said.
Pros:

Got to the hotel late night only to be told that my reservation was not in the system
The front desk checked with the confirmation number but couldn't find it.
We were sent away hopelessly in the middle of the night.

The hotel did not have my reservation! I had a confirmation number from Aug 6th and all I was told was to call Booking.com that they couldn’t help me because they were sold out.

Cons:

The pool has been shut down for apparently years. That should be noted somewhere. A green film covers it. Breakfast isn't free, and it's expensive for nothing special. Housekeeping never came. The hotel bar is cash only, and there wasn't an ATM in the lobby. The property is run-down. No bath wash in the shower. If asked, the front desk will give you a few bars of mini soap.

It was decent for a one night stay
Cons:

The shower in the bathroom didn’t get hot. The pool was closed indefinitely, but we wish we would have known that beforehand. There was a shortage of hotel keys. Even though it was 5 of us, we got 1 key. We got a comforter that had a hole in it.

Elevator did not work, Room was dirty. Shower knob broken. Pool was out of service. It says breakfast is included but that is not true. They want you to pay $13.99 per person

It’s a place to sleep I guess.
Pros:

Breakfast wasn’t included so I couldn’t tell you how it was.

Cons:

The pool was closed for the 2 days we were there. Only one elevator worked. The toilet in our room kept getting clogged. The staff was nice but the place was a little run down. They made the outside look like it was new but once you are inside it’s a different story. Also we got the suite with a pull out couch bed and asked for linens for it an all we got was 2 thin sheets no comforter. I wouldn’t recommend staying there.
