Front desk was very helpful
Pros:

Jackie at the front desk was very helpful straightening out our reservation fiasco. She is a gem.

I’m very happy and look forward to a return stay.

One lamp wasn’t working

Cons:

The toilet seat was broken and didn’t fit. It smelled very bad. I told the staff it needed teplaced

Disappointed
Cons:

Pool was out of order. Carpet in suite area was dirty, looked like vomit was partially cleaned by sofa,large dirty spot in another area. Breakfast eggs and sausage cold.

The deposit was a surprise and the tv didn’t work at all
Pros:

Room was good but tv we couldn’t get to work, the guy checking us in didn’t understand what we told him to do with our credit card and deposit plus we were told about the deposit but it was not very suite like!

Cons:

The deposit amount and the shower was not suite like !

Great family vacation!
