Staff was friendly and professional. They assisted us with our requests as best as they could.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were other guest who were smoking Marijuana at three front of the main entrance. Fortunately there was a staff member who addressed the guests and was able to have them move away from the front main entrance. The room was clean, however, the shower space is a little too narrow and the lamp that is attached to the wall inside the bathroom was not functioning properly. We did have some issues with getting the tv to work, but eventually managed to do so. Overall, a 3 out of 5

A Double Tree experience
Pros:

I like the area and the convenience of the location of the hotel.

Cons:

I did not care for the bathroom facilities. The toilet had very low seating. There was no microwave in the room but prior to that when you were put on the list to receive one I was blessed to receive one very quickly. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that I did all the booking, arrangements and cars on file and my roommate was acknowledged and she did not do any of the accommodations and booking.
