Tolles Hotel & lieber Service
Pros:

Das Hotel, der Service und das Zimmer waren rundum schön, sauber und angenehm. Da wir bei einer sehr starken Hitze vor Ort waren, kam die Klimaanlage im Zimmer sowie in der Lobby sehr gelegen! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder!

Cons:

Beim Frühstück waren viele Sachen leider aufgebraucht, obwohl wir relativ zeitig da waren. Aber es wurde sich beeilt, alles wieder aufzufüllen.

Aangenaam hotel met goeie prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding
Pros:

Kamers zijn proper, ontvangst was vriendelijk en hulpvaardig, restaurant was goed en ontbijt valt ook niet over te klagen. Eigenlijk weinig minpunten.

Cons:

Als er een minpunt moet gegeven worden dan is het wat de locatie, ligt langs de Maes in een wijk. Tweede kleine nadeel op dat moment tijdens de hittegolf was dat er geen airco in het hotel was.

Tolles Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmern - aber nicht in der beste Ecke Lüttichs
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett und ein angemessen großes Bad.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, hier stimmte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Cons:

Die Lage ist nicht so wunderbar, es liegt zwar in der Nähe der Maas, aber die rückwärtige Seite des Hotels ist keine sonderlich einladende Gegend. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer direkt auf das Wohnhochhaus nebenan war kein besonderes Vergnügen.

Die Lage, die Aufenthaltsräume in denen auch Kartenspiel möglich war, das Restaurant bzw. Der Außenbereich.

Cons:

Die zusätzlichen Parkkosten, die fehlende Flasche Wasser, die unzureichende Säuberung des Badezimmers.
