Teleurstellend voor de prijs-kwaliteit.
Pros:

Bedden sliepen heerlijk en de hygiene was heel goed. De roomservice voor het diner was goed geregeld vanuit het restaurant.

Cons:

De werknemer achter de receptie had klaarblijkelijk geen zin in het inchecken van nieuwe hotelgasten. Hij was geïrriteerd en leek behoorlijke haast te hebben om vragen vervolgens kortaf te beantwoorden. En bij de reservering stond dat er een prive-parkeerplaats was, maar deze bleek bij aankomst voor iedereen toegankelijk (de slagboom ging automatisch open bij het indrukken van de knop) je hoefde geen kentekens in te checken en het was dus 24/7 toegangslijk aan de straatkant. De parkeerticket van deze "prive parkeerplaats" mocht je vervolgens ook nog per nacht afrekenen bij de receptie. De overnachting was niet persé heel goedkoop we betalen voor 1 overnachting ruim €155,00 daar kregen we dus nog een rekening van de parkeerkosten bij die niet vooraf vermeld waren op de Booking. De hotelkamer had een aantal kapotte onderdelen, dit is aangegeven bij de receptie maar er kwam weinig gehoor. Ik heb op verschillende manieren het hotel benaderd (per mail, per chat) maar krijg geen reacties terug. Sochtends was er een heerlijk ontbijt, maar we hadden niet een half uur later moeten komen, want het restaurant zat zo vol dat ze het niet bij konden benen om het vanuit de keuken aan te vullen, het laatste half uur hadden daardoor heel veel andere gasten amper keuze van het resterende buffet.

Séjour de qualité mais je n’ai pas aimé l’odeur des produits pour le corps
Pros:

L’hôtel est magnifique et le parking permet de garder les voitures en sécurité

Cons:

Le parking m’a coûté 21,50 de 22h à 11h le lendemain, le prix était affiché à 12€ sur booking..

great hotel in Liege
Pros:

breakfast is a bit expensive but excellent - the exteriors on ground floor are exquisite, a real sanctuary in a bustling city - spacious rooms, modern decor - great soundproofing - definitely my new Liege address

Cons:

a bit more shelf space in the bathrooms would be great - room doors could be more silent - parking a bit tricky when it gets busy

Sehr gutes sauberes Hotel mit super Service.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist weiträumig und sauber. Exzellentes Frühstück. Gutes aufmerksames Personal. Lage des Hotels gut mit Anbindung der Tram an das Stadtzentrum.

Cons:

Ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer.

LOVE la roche en ardenes
Pros:

Utilizamos este hotel para hacer una ruta por las ardenas. El hotel está en una zona fantástica, muy bonito. Su restaurante tiene una comida riquísima, ambiente muy acogedor. El desayuno panes y mantequilla locales , con una jarrita de café, buenísimo. Todo un acierto

Cons:

El colchón de nuestra habitación no fue muy confortable. También diría que podrían invertir en las toallas del baño.
