Solid hotel in the heart of Brussels
Pros:

- Central location 10 minutes walk from Grand Place
- Excellent breakfast
- Calm (had a room with window away from the street)
- Very attentive receptionists (they immediately alerted me about a call from a person who had found my lost purse in a tram)

Cons:

- Labyrinthine layout, difficult to find your room and not to end up with the stairs leading to the service area
- Few elevators, and staircases difficult to find
- Some difficulty understanding the light switches in the room (black, red and white colour, not straightforward which lamps they would operate)
- Limited public transport in the vicinity (a problem of Brussels city, not of the hotel...)
