Pros:

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean, the room had air conditioning, and the city centre is within easy walking distance, which was very convenient.

Cons:

The bed was narrow, as for me, and not very comfortable because of it. As I tend to move around a lot in my sleep, I often felt as though I might roll off the bed.

My room was located next to what seemed to be a technical room, and throughout my entire stay there was a constant noise from some kind of machine, possibly an air-conditioning unit or motor. It was difficult to fall asleep without earplugs.
The staff kindly offered to move me to another room, but the alternative room was about half the size of the room I had originally booked, so it was not really an acceptable solution.

The staff were polite, not friendly, but I felt that customer service could have been better.

The room lighting was also insufficient. There was no proper main light, only a few dim secondary lights, so the room remained in semi-darkness during the evenings, which made it feel less comfortable.

Easy to find and close to all the attractions I was looking for.
Pros:

It was close to everything I wanted to see. Very flat and walkable area. There was a heatwave, so glad to have air conditioning.

Cons:

Noise from other rooms when the toilet flushed or shower went on. No mini fridge in the room to keep drinks cool.

Perfect stay for a weekend in Brussels
Pros:

Was clean, tidy, comfortable beds, good location, free bottled water every day, a perfect choice for a weekend in Brussels and if I ever return to the city will be booking this hotel again
