La ubicación.

Cons:

Las tarjetas se desactivaban, aún sin estar en contacto con otros dispositivos. Cada día teníamos que reactivarlas en recepción, lo cual no era muy conveniente. Por otro lado, desaparecieron dos bolsas con regalos de nuestra habitación. Un día, al volver de una excursión y tras haber sido la habitación limpiada, no las podíamos encontrar. Revisamos cada rincón.

Pros:

Хочу выразить искреннюю благодарность администрации и менеджменту отеля. В непредвиденной жизненной ситуации персонал проявил высочайший уровень профессионализма, человечности и эмпатии. Служба поддержки работает безупречно, реагирует мгновенно и действительно заботится о своих клиентах. С таким уровнем сервиса и культуры гостеприимства встречаешься нечасто. В следующий раз в Брюсселе — только сюда. Рекомендую.

Everything was ok
Pros:

The hotel location is great, near to the city center and 16 min walk to the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rhe room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The elevators need to be repaired or replaced. We had to wait a long time, and there was often a line to use them.

Atrašanās vieta ir super laba (ņemiet vērā, ka no Brussels-Central stacijas nāksies iet ar kājām pa /ap Vecpilsētu - tur ir daudz bruģētu ceļu un čemodānu vest nav tik ērti).
Superior rooms ir diezgan plašas.
Brokastis bija labs: musli, omlete, vārītas olas, bekons, cīsiņi, pankūkas, kā parasti - maizes izstrādājumi, siers, desa, tomātu, gurķi, smalkmaizītes; labāk, nekā bijām cerējuši. Daudz vietu, kur sēdēt. Nebija rindu.

Cons:

Sega bija bieza un silta - piemērota ziemas apstākļiem, nevis vasarai (bijām jūlijā - svīstu zem segas).
Dažās istabās ir nepatīkama smaka; mūsējā bija iepūsts ar gaisa atsvaidzinātāju.
Restorāns pēdējā stāvā strādā noteiktajās stundās, un par dienu mēs tur netikām.
