A very good value for money hotel just off the city centre which I would happily recommend.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very good being within easy walking distance of the Grand Place and the Gare Centrale. The entrance and reception area of the hotel gave a feeling of quality and calm which continued throughout. The staff were courteous and helpful.The room was modern, clean and generally very quiet with an effective aircon system. The buffet breakfast was excellent in quality and value for money.

Cons:

The only minor glitch for me was that the shower was over the bath and the grab handles did not feel totally secure. Standing and turning within the bath required a significant degree of care.

Super pour un séjour de 2 nuits
Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec emplacement idéal, proche du centre. Le personnel a été très aimable et la chambre était très propre. Je recommande pour un séjour à Bruxelles

Goed klassiek hotel, overwegend zeer vriendelijk personeel, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

Gewoon leuk hotel, niet modern of design maar klassiek en verzorgd . Het personeel aan het onthaal en bij het ontbijt was supervriendelijk

Cons:

We gingen de eerste dag rond 18u naar de rooftop en daar was de organisatie verre van top. Het personeel was ook niet echt vriendelijk. Andere mensen moesten van tafel veranderen en om te weten of er nog een tafel voor ons was moesten we nog een hele tijd wachten.

Pros:

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Letti comodi, colazione ben fornita. Carino anche il rooftop bar.
Una nota super positiva anche per lo staff, tutti molto gentili, soprattutto Biagio alla reception

Bon rapport qualité prix en ville
Pros:

Bon emplacement central, personnel très sympathique, le parking à 20m à 13€ est top et bien pratique.
Propre, même si pas tout jeune, literie OK.
Problème de coordination douche/robinet, mais c'est un détail !
Par contre, très mal insonorisé en vitrage... Les bruits de circulation de la rue sont gênants.

Les bruits de l'extérieur, circulation, etc, car le double vitrage est vieux, donc isolation phonique à revoir...
