Super Stadthotel- sicher nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Funktionell aber schick eingerichtetes riesengroßes Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer. Durch die Lage zur Innenseite in der 6.Etage total ruhig. Zimmer tipptopp sauber. Ausstattung des Zimmers ebenfalls mit allem was man braucht . Das Personal war durchweg nett und freundlich. Das Frühstück überdurchschnittlich , das Personal sehr bemüht alles umgehend aufzufüllen . Und der Kaffee war auch noch super lecker. Lage des Hotels mit sehr guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Top Hotel in Hamburg
Pros:

Super Service, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, wirklich tolles Frühstücksbuffet, Zimmer sehr sauber - mit der Möglichkeit, ein Freigetränk zu bekommen, wenn die Reinigung ausgesetzt wird (freiwillig). Tolle Lage - 2 U-Bahn-Stationen fußläufig. Sommer- und Winterdom gegenüber. Hamburger Bunker in Sichtweite.

Cons:

WLAN funktionierte, ich musste mich jedoch täglich neu einloggen. Ansonsten alles großartig!

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal und gute Lage. Zimmer sind sauber und alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Fahrradmiete für EUR 5/Stunde (aber grosszügig abgerechnet).

Cons:

Badezimmer etwas klein, wenn die Türe geöffnet ist (die steht dann so komisch im Raum.). Aber wenn das die Probleme sind... :-)

Pros:

Great location. Very comfortable room and love the spa area upstairs. Onsite parking. Good price for Hamburg.

Two single beds pushed together to make a double, but that's Germany.

Komme sicher wieder hierher beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Hamburg!
Pros:

Überaus freundlicher Empfang bei der Ankunft und auch weiterhin. Gutes Frühstück. Leider nur ein sehr kleiner Bereich in der Lobby beim Eingang um sich es ein wenig gemütlich zu machen...

Excellent option for business or pleasure trips
Pros:

Excellent stay! The room was spacious, clean, and bright. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The room is well equipped with high-quality amenities, such as a Nespresso coffee machine, an excellent Dyson-style hair dryer, a garment steamer, and premium glassware.
The price–quality ratio is very good, and the location is an advantage—you can easily walk to many tourist attractions. If you prefer public transport, the U2 and U3 metro stations are literally just a few steps from the hotel.
It’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The exhibition center is just around the corner.
For breakfast, there are plenty of options, and for dinner, you can choose from dozens of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros:

Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, sehr kundenorientierter Service, kulant mit kleinen Extras, die den Aufenthalt einfach zur Freude werden lassen. Das ist heute schon lange nicht mehr überall normal. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Parken, Frühstück und Lage waren top. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung.
