Beds were extremely comfortable, and loved the ritual products in the bathroom.Over all a very nice stay.

None welcome with the reception staff
Pros:

I have lived with this hotel twice. It was good because the rooms are big enough and the breakfast was great

Cons:

The reception staff wasn't friendly and for checking in and checking out I had dealings with them 4 times which with 4 staff every time they trying to increase the bill with sad face

LA UBICACIÓN,EL SERVICIO DE SHUTTLE DESDE AEROPUERTO. LA VARIEDAD EN EL MENÚ

NO SABÍA QUE DEBÍA HACERSE RESEVA DEL SERVICIO DE SHUTTLE, POR LO QUE NO ESTABA LISTO AL MOMENTO DEL ARRIBO, PERO AL HACER CHECK IN DE UNA VEZ DEJAMOS SEPARADO EL DE REGRESO.
