FIND ANOTHER HOTEL
Pros:

We booked this hotel for a family trip. We arrived at 2pm to see if early check in was available. We found the entire hotel was under construction. Then we were talked to very disrespectfully by the person at front desk. After this happened we immediately booked another hotel and cancelled this one. I would highly recommend to not stay at this hotel.

The room was clean check in was easy

Cons:

Was told they were under a little construction over the phone when we showed up the front entrance was completely closed there where paper arrows that point to a side entrance to check in with folding tables with water an cookies. The outside of the hotel had construction debri all over the parking lot. When we left the trash can by the elevator had trash bags an pizza sitting on the floor.

Lack of communication
Pros:

Stayed at the Meadville Pa location several times and had a very good experience, but now I booked at the Grantville Pa location and when we showed up the whole lobby was under construction and were told for the complementary breakfast we would need go across the road to another hotel and have breakfast there. It would have been nice if we were advised of the situation when we booked the room, needless to say we stayed at another hotel. Hampton Inn you need to communicate better!

Under renovation… no where near completion. Place is a mess, elevators closed down. Garbage breakfast. Charged me 450+

It’s a nice facility that we always enjoy staying at.
Pros:

A very well maintained and located facility.

Cons:

No refund of my $50 security deposit still, 2 1/2 days after my stay. I left the room flawless as I always do.

Nothing! We left! It was horrible. Smelled like mold. Staff was horrible. Would not give us a different room. Do NOT stay here!
