The room was very cute and the view of the top of the Eiffel Tower was a great addition.
The staff were not very helpful. We ran out of shampoo in the room and we let them know and asked for a replacement. They ignored our request so we had to go down and ask again that night. The man at the desk acted very inconvenienced and he gave us hand soap to wash our hair with (not the same).

Quiet, beautiful view of Eiffel tower
Turned AC off during the day and at night. Hot, took a while to cool off. Got My daughter’s room AC broken and took a few days to fix it

Room size and amenities
The location is absolutely stunning. I booked the room with Eiffel Tower view and it was even better than I expected. I went to Paris for Bastille day and wanted to watch the fireworks from my room. It exceeded my expectations, view was amazing, and balcony was just the right size. Also view from balcony is amazing as you got Ecole Militaire literally down the street and opposite the hotel is this beautiful Parisian building. Location and views from this hotel are just great. Room was nice, cozy, bed was fine, AIR CON was a dream as it was really hot. There was a massive mirror on top of the bed which can be really....cool if you get me :) Generally really cozy great room with amazing views. If you go to Paris on 14th Juillet and want to watch Eiffel Tower fireworks I recommend you book this place :)
For the standard of this hotel and a price I paid I would expect to have a bathtub not just shower corner. I seen the pictures of the room before I booked it so I knew what I'm getting but I do think bathtub would be more appropriate for such a room. And I had some sort of free offer for spa but no one ever mentioned it to me and I forgot about it so I didn't use it. Again I should have known and remember but it would be nice to be given some sort of reminder or leaflet.
Everything. The hotel truly does not disappoint & it was such a wonderful Birthday celebration for my sister. Truly unforgettable.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
The hotel was so cozy, and I stayed in Premium Room 45 with a full Eiffel Tower view (without a balcony). The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Drichelle and Islem for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service.
