Pros:

The hotel was so cozy, and I stayed in Premium Room 45 with a full Eiffel Tower view (without a balcony). The room was clean, comfortable, and very cozy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Drichelle and Islem for their outstanding hospitality and excellent service.
Thank you so much for making my stay a wonderful experience!

Overall a decent experience because the a/c worked at a time when it was 103 outside and many places didn’t have it.
Pros:

It was quaint.

Cons:

It was TINY. Barely enough room to squeeze between the foot of the bed and the wall.

Pros:

Fantastic location, close to everything you need to see and close to metro access points. Very clean and staff were lovely.

Cons:

Rooms are extremely small, they’re okay for a short stay but as we came from Australia for a month our suitcases took up any floor space and became cramped very quickly. The air con in our room also didn’t work very well but was enough to take the edge off.

Lovely short stay. Beautiful space loved it

Cons:

Didn’t like that late checkout wasn’t available, would of been good to have info on the wellness centre available in the room and air con was difficult to work but reception were able to put it on for me
