During every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 18:00 to 23:00, Nguyen Hue Boulevard will become pedestrian street as one of the regular ongoing events during weekend in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Therefore, all vehicles are prohibited during this period. To provide our guest with the best experience, please advise the hotel the arrival flight details or arrival time in advance for our Concierge team to assist with your luggage at our normal pick up point – Bitexco Finance Tower (Corner of Ngo Duc Ke and Ho Tung Mau Street).
All guestrooms at this property are nonsmoking.
• At check-in, the hotel requires guest present a valid photo ID with your address confirming the same name as the lead guest on the booking.
• The hotel requires guest provide credit card or cash deposit upon check in.
• For bookings paid with a credit card, you must present the card used to make the payment upon check in. Failure to show the credit card used for payment to our reception team may result in the hotel requesting additional payment or your reservation not being honored.

Located in Posh area and safe for tourirts. You can get everything in seconds in this area. This is my 5th consequetive stay in HCMC.
Sometimes, noise from outside will kill you sleep. Though it is not in hotel control, this is the issue of the location.
Place was conveniently close to shops and the cafe apartments was across the road

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a good view of the city and the staff were friendly and very helpful.
Fantastic location, close to everything, room was huge.
No breakfast included in the rates. With that price most hotels in Vietnam would offer buffet breakfast
The staffs are outstanding. Their service is second to none. We have many stays (different dates) in the hotel and have a chance to meet staffs from different levels and different service areas. They all concern and care about our stays. They try to make us happy during our stays. We give feedback about the facilities to Mr Cong (senior assistant manager), issues are fixed quickly. The chef, Mr Sang stops by our table almost everyday when we are there to check if we are like food, ask for our feedback. Really appreciate Mr Sang. We would like to thank Mr Nam and Miss Vi for their help when we need. For sure, we will stay in this hotel everytime we visit this city.

Location is amazing, awesome views
Great location. Fantastic staff, great breakfast and nice room. Pool and gym were good.
Beds a little hard and view of river was obstructed from room 625 so was not great.
This review is a bit overdue, but I wanted to make sure I took the time to write it because the Saigon Prince Hotel truly deserves 5 stars. Whenever we come back to Vietnam for vacation and stay in Saigon, this is our go-to hotel. We were so glad to see so many familiar faces still working there during this visit!
The location right on Nguyen Hue walking street is perfect—incredibly convenient for walking, dining, currency exchange, and shopping, while feeling very safe.
What really sets this hotel apart is the outstanding customer service. Every single department treated us with the utmost respect, warmth, and a genuine eagerness to help. We would love to recognize the following staff members who made our stay unforgettable:
1-Doormen / Bell Team: Cuong, Dat, An, Tien, and Bo — thank you for always greeting us with a smile.
2-Front Desk: Nam, Chau, and Tuyen — for their seamless and friendly assistance.
3-Room Service & Dry Cleaning: Thang, Chi Dung, and Chi Phuong — the whole team took wonderful care of us and are just so dear.
4-Restaurant Team: Thuy Van, Tri, and Chef Sang — thank you for brightening our mornings with big smiles, excellent Vietnamese coffee and tea, and introducing us to delicious new dishes each day.
5-Level 9 VIP Lounge: A special, big shoutout to Vy. We met her a few years ago but truly got to know her during our last couple of visits. Aside from her incredible professionalism and support, she has such a likeable, trustworthy personality that makes you feel instantly at home. Because we spent more time in the lounge this trip, we got to see firsthand how wonderfully she takes care of guests.
Thank you all for a great stay and a memorable trip. We will see you all again this coming December 2026!
