During every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) from 18:00 to 23:00, Nguyen Hue Boulevard will become pedestrian street as one of the regular ongoing events during weekend in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. Therefore, all vehicles are prohibited during this period. To provide our guest with the best experience, please advise the hotel the arrival flight details or arrival time in advance for our Concierge team to assist with your luggage at our normal pick up point – Bitexco Finance Tower (Corner of Ngo Duc Ke and Ho Tung Mau Street).

All guestrooms at this property are nonsmoking.

• At check-in, the hotel requires guest present a valid photo ID with your address confirming the same name as the lead guest on the booking.
• The hotel requires guest provide credit card or cash deposit upon check in.

Location can not be better. Room is roomy, airy, good views (Saigon river and walking street Nguyen Hue). Breakfast one of the best. From assistant manager (Mr Cong), front desk supervisor (Mr Nam), Chef (Mr Sang), staffs, ... they all really care for customers. They are polite, professional and their services are second to none. We use this hotel as a base from here we take many tours to the different provinces of VN since December 2025 to July 2026. Not hesitate to recommend to our family member and friends. Many thanks to management and staffs.

Excellent value
Pros:

This hotel is excellent value. We were on a package tour and opted to upgrade to a club grand suite. Best decision ever, spacious, luxurious with other added benefits. The hotel is perfectly situated and the staff are all helpful and friendly. Kim from the spa is a true healer providing the best massages and facials. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Pros:

Super Lage, da sehr zentral, vieles fußläufig zu erreichen (Div.Restaurants, Bars, Bitexco Tower, Opernhaus usw) Einige nette Rooftop Bars in der näheren Umgebung.
Zimmer sind absolut in Ordnung, Betten sehr bequem. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliches Personal. Da unser Flug erst spät am Abend ging, konnten wir uns noch in einem Badezimmer im 3. Stock, neben dem Ausgang zum Schwimmbad duschen und frisch machen.

Cons:

Gleich nebenan ist ein Lokal mit ziemlich lauter Musik am Abend. Diese wurde aber zum ca. 23 Uhr abgedreht.

Great Location and good value.
Pros:

Very good location — within walking distance to most tourist attractions, with plenty of nice cafés and restaurants nearby. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated that our room was ready earlier, which allowed us to check in ahead of time.

Cons:

Expected a better swimming pool for a hotel like this.

Pros:

Great staff, complete breakfast. The lobby team took care of everything I needed, including currency exchange. Housekeeping was super friendly too.

Cons:

The neighborhood can get noisy with parties, but they don't last all night. Would be nice if they invested in better sound insulation.
