Pros:

The hotel is in old town, in a great location. The staff is good, friendly and replied fast to all our questions.
I really liked the lounge and reception area; there is also a nice coffee place / bar. We had requested a quiet room and they offered what we had received.

Cons:

Unfortunately, I had high expectations; our room was a bit outdated, some parts of the bathroom had scratches on the door and there were some parts close to the bed that have not been cleaned in a while.
