Location Was Priority
Pros:

We were allowed to check in a little early in order to dress for a formal event nearby. That was very much appreciated. Air conditioning worked well and was quiet. This was the recommended hotel for event attendees.

Cons:

Surrounding area has seen better days. Some homeless observed on the property next door. Complementary breakfast not available. We ordered coffee and breakfast items from menu provided. No body wash available. Instead, there were two pump bottles of shampoo and one of conditioner. Closet double doors only opened on one side. Very little room to maneuver luggage for storage or to hang clothes.

Excellent stay. Room well taken care of. Everything was stocked. I like to complement Ana at the front desk. Excellent and exceptional with “public customer service”. Dedicated to her profession and making certain people are valued and treated well. I to complement the Bistro’s staff “Kalub and Kaila”. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall experience.

Donovan, Oscar, and Kat are absolutely amazing and fun! 🙌🏾

They reflect the Courtyard by Marriott culture and experience! They genuinely made our stay that much more enjoyable and memorable! I’ll come back just for Breakfast Bistro team alone 🔥😍

Not what I thought the marriott was.
Pros:

The young lady that checked me in at the front desk was pleasant and welcoming.

Cons:

There.\nWas a sock under our couch in our room?The AC unit, or whatever was outside of Room 333 was so noisy.It was hard to sleep. I had to wash the tub before.I could take a shower, was not clean.Overall very disappointing.
