Simple et efficace !
Pros:

La propreté, l’accueil et le fait que l’hôtel soit classe !

Cons:

Le parking est assez cher pour une zone industrielle.
Mal desservi pour aller à NYC centre. Nous devions prendre un Uber à 20$ à chaque fois pour rejoindre la gare de Newark Penn Station.

The shuttle to the airport

Cons:

The room had a weird smell. They advertised room service but the phone was not even connected. The AC did not work in our room. The ice machine and drink machine was not working. Customer service was lacking

The sport facilities were to my liking.

Cons:

Some of the gym equipment needs repairs; especially some of the rubber grips. They have denatured and are "melting".

Airport Shuttle Service Horrible and Depressing Hallways and Rooms
Pros:

Airport crew get priority shuttle service to airport. Hotel guests are literally ignored and the hotel staff will give you a rude blank stare with no reply if asked why not informedZ We learned this at 4:45am while being first in line for a 5am shuttle. Two shuttles took crew that showed up at 5am. We had to pay for Uber to make our flight.

Shuttle from airport to hotel was a 30 minute wait even though we were told 8 minutes.

Rooms are depressing and old.

Terrible do not book ! They have bugs and terrible hospitality
Pros:

Nothing at all it was muggy and humid inside I fell asleep and woke up to bugs crawling on me on the floor and in the bathroom it was disgusting then staff said all they could do is get me a new room and said to call the manager later on even though the lady at the front desk was a manager
