It was close to the airport. Bartender was pleasant enough.

Cons:

Pool closed at 8pm. There was a convention while we were there that included teenagers. They were loud and disruptive. I called the front desk only to learn that they could be that way until 10pm.

Stay here only if you are desperate.
Pros:

Not much. The people working there were nice, but the place was understaffed.

Cons:

Had a confirmed registration, waited in line for an hour, but was then told that there were no rooms available. This was the same situation for about 10 other people waiting in line. Then, finally someone did a room by room check and found a room for me after me complaining. Not sure what happened to the people behind me. Then, got into a dirty elevator to go to a room that looks like it was designed in 1970. The air conditioner was stuck on 66 degrees. No changing it. You could turn it off and on. That’s it. Luckily the sheets were clean. The vent in the bathroom was on constantly with no way to turn it off and the vent itself was filthy.
My room was breakfast included. Got to breakfast and all the tables were dirty with dishes. Once we one was cleaned I went to get food. No bread left. Luke warm coffee, soggy batch of scrambled eggs. Too bad. It could have been ok place if management cared a little bit. Wake up Doubletree! Care about you guests. See things from there perspective.

Stay was ok other than that incident.
Pros:

Shuttle from airport available, staff in the bar very friendly

Cons:

Dogs in the room next door were so loud, couldn’t sleep and was not well rested for my trip the next day :/ it’s a pet friendly hotel but when we asked staff for assistance or to change the room they denied and were not approachable or willing to actually find a solution.

Não é um hotel de 4 estrelas. Hotel razoável e com bom serviço de shuttle, mas não espere um hotel de 4 estrelas.
Seria um bom 3 estrelas.
Quarto com pouca iluminação, janelas não abrem, pouca ventilação. Não tem isolamento de ruído, ouve se tudo o que acontece no corredor e quartos ao lado.
Alcatifa do quarto suja.
Nem água oferecem no momento do check in.
Pequeno almoço muito pobre e igual todos os dias. Funcionários do pequeno almoço muito simpáticos e prestativos.
Serviço na recepção para check in super antipatico.
NAO há nenhum tipo de control na entrada do hotel, entra e sai qualquer pessoa sem ter de se identificar na receção. Qualquer pessoa pode usar elevador e piscina sem nenhum tipo de control de segurança.
Serviço de shuttle não acontece a cada 30 minutos como indicado.
