Evonne and Edith need a raise for their customer service alone
Pros:

I was sent angels and their names were Evonne and Edith. I had many layovers, cancelled flights and even having to circle over Chicago for 2 hours before diverting to their airport because of a storm that wasn’t allowing us to enter Newark . This long journey had me feeling exhausted and I was given a hotel voucher. Evonne and Edith were both bright, kind, helpful and even made me smile after my long journey. They truly made my insanely hectic trip a little bit easier to deal with.

Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

Convenient for the airport and cruise terminal

Cons:

The room was dark and very tatty , the room windows were dirty and stained , just felt uncomfortable

Our stay could have been more enjoyable had the staff been helpful and not so rude.
Pros:

The hotel was spacious and airy. Our family room was spacious.

Cons:

The location is not great unless you are using as a stopover for Newark airport. Bathroom was very small. Main issue was with the staff. Not one member of staff smiled! NOT ONCE!! miserable and rude! Our room was not made up or cleaned even when we were advised that we should ask daily! There were never three towels in the room unless we asked. There were three people staying in the room. The shower gel ran out and was not refilled so again had to ask. The ice machine on our floor did not work for the majority of our stay.
