Malgré quelques détails à améliorer le séjour était parfait.
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner et diner en demi pension varié et bien cuisiné .Repas dans un cadre très agréable . Le personnel est très souriant ,veillant toujours à notre confort.
Chambre avec un beau balcon , vue sur piscine, calme, bien agencée. Literie idéale.
Belle piscine avec transats et salon extérieur.

Cons:

Peu de rangement dans la chambre pour un long séjour.
Salle de bain correcte mais un peu vieillotte.Le ménage n'y est pas toujours parfait . (cheveux , sable...)
Parking des voitures compliqué mais on arrive à se garer.
Un repas typiquement grec serait un plus.

Pros:

Wir waren für zwei Tage in diesem Hotel bevor wir auf Kreuzfahrt noch gingen.
Man bedenke 5 Sterne in Griechenland entsprechen nicht tatsächlich 5 Sterne wie in anderen Ländern.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Empfangshalle und Restaurant sauber.
Pool haben wir gesehen aber nicht genutzt. Wir waren schon tolle Hotels und wie schon erwähnt Kreuzfahrtschiff deshalb kennen wir einiges.
Für uns hat es schon Mängel und gerade für 5 Sterne. Denn billig war es nicht.

Cons:

Am Pool sind fast keine Liegen. Man kann sich deshalb eh nicht hinlegen, was bei unseren zwei Regal war. Viele schreiben toller Pool. Leider war er nichts besonderes. Einfach ein Pool halt.
Wir hatten ein Dreier Premium Zimmer gebucht. Ja nicht auf die Bilder verlassen da sieht alles groß aus. Hätte ich länger zu dritt dort bleiben müssen wären wir verzweifelt. Keine 21qm und einfach nur extrem klein. Kein Stauraum für Sachen. Null. Ein kleiner Schrank sonst nix. Wie bitte soll man da zu dritt existieren. Wir haben unsere Sachen aus Koffer geholt und das ständig. Und das beste noch,wohin mit den Koffern?
Geht gar nicht für drei Personen. Nial für zwei. Waren sehr enttäuscht und Gott sei Dank nur zwei dort. Sauber war es im Zimmer. Balkon war noch Boden voll mit langen Haaren anderer Personen.
Aber die Größe des Zimmers und null Schränke sowas geht gar nicht und mit Sicherheit keine 5 Sterne.

Pros:

The service was excellent. The staff were always friendly, smiling, and very communicative. They were extremely approachable and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful. We have nothing but praise and would definitely recommend this place!

the hotel is very clean and well maintained. the staff is very kind and always ready to help the center is within walking distance

Cons:

The swimming pool and the area around it are too small considering the size of the hotel and the number of guests.

Unfortunately, on the last evening of my stay, I had a very unpleasant experience. While I was having dinner in the restaurant, a group of Greek men arrived and were speaking extremely loudly, with no consideration for the other guests. They repeatedly and loudly insisted on watching football and behaved rudely and vulgarly towards the staff.

This kind of behaviour seriously disturbed the otherwise pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. In my opinion, the hotel should handle situations like this more firmly in order to ensure the comfort and peaceful experience of all its guests.

The Hotel had a variety of breakfasts, Food very delicious
The rooms are spacious and the facilities are convenient, Love the outdoor setting next to the bar - perfect for a wine or a cup of coffee .

Exceptional upscale hotel in excellent location at a reasonable value.
Pros:

Outstanding service, staff. Excellent location a little away from the city center, but still easy to walk to (about 15-20 min walk). Extremely clean hotel. Very good value! Will definitely return. Exceptional breakfast !!

Bellissimo hotel vicino all'aeroporto ma comodo al centro storico.
Pros:

Struttura comoda ed elegante per chi arriva o parte dall'aeroporto di Hiraklion.
La camera è super confortevole con letti comodissimi e prodotti da bagno eccellenti!

In dieci minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico dove si può cenare e fare un giro.

Abbiamo anche pranzato al bar dell'hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Avevamo comprato un'opzione con la colazione inclusa e, dal momento che siamo partiti molto presto la mattina successiva, ci hanno preparato un cestino da asporto super ricco.

La piscina chiude alle 20.00 ma non so dire nulla perché non l'abbiamo utilizzata.
Consigliatissimo.

Il taxi dall'hotel all'aeroporto ci ha preso 20 euro ma erano le quattro del mattino in orari normali 10/12 euro.
