Perfect location and price for the group stay
Pros:

It was an extremely nice and polite staff, very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. All the facilities are in great condition. Roof top bar and pool is a perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Struttura top vicino fermata metro ottimi servizi bell’hotel

Cons:

Ho prenotato una stanza facendo mesi prima la richiesta di avere un piano alto con una bella vista sulla città. Lo staff mi ha risposto che sarebbe stato lieto di esaudire questa mia richiesta. All’arrivo ci avevano assegnato una camera piccola al 2• piano. Con la vista sulla facciata di un palazzo orribile. Quando l’ho fatto presente alla reception mi hanno risposto che per le camere ai piani alti c’era un sovrapprezzo di 40€ al giorno. Anche se Hotel molto bello non ci tornerò mai più solo per il trattamento e farò una recensione molto negativa sullo staff e su chi gestisce le prenotazioni. GLI ADDETTI ALLE PULIZIE ECCEZIONALI E CORTESI ✨ erano il punto forte infatti abbiamo lasciato la mancia.
