A great 4-star hotel experience
Pros:

A truly exceptional hotel, at all levels. Very friendly and professional staff, clean and comfortable rooms, all luxuries you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The rooftop bar and restaurant is wonderful.

Séjour mitigé à Athènes, bien situé mais décevant sur le confort et les prestations promises.
Pros:

La beauté d’Athènes ainsi que la proximité de notre hôtel avec les principaux sites à visiter ont été très appréciables.

Cons:

La vue sur Athènes promise lors de la réservation n’était malheureusement pas au rendez-vous, ce qui a été décevant.
De plus, nous avons été gênés par le bruit provenant de la chambre voisine, occupée par des enfants, et ce jusqu’à 23 heures.
Malgré un signalement à la réception, la situation n’a pas été corrigée.
Ces éléments ont impacté négativement la qualité de notre séjour.

Pros:

Das Hotel wurde vor kurzem renoviert und modernisiert. Es bietet einen Panoramablick über Athen und bis zum Meer in Faliro und Glyfada. Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zweier U-Bahn-Stationen, und nur wenige Meter entfernt befinden sich die Haltestellen der Linienbusse ins Athener Stadtzentrum. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Swimmingpool und eine Dachbar. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, abwechslungsreich und reichhaltig. Alles war blitzsauber. Das Personal war zuvorkommend.

Average hotel, nothing more. Price too high for thst service
Pros:

Not a lot of good things, nothing exceptional to point it out.

Cons:

Staff very slow at all the things, check-in lasted for more than 20 minutes, rooms available after 4 p.m. which unacceptable. Waiter at the lobby bar extremly unproffesional and rude. Doesn’t deserve to work there - old grey hair, forget his name. Breakfast under average, definitely not 4* hotel brealfast

Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:

View was amazing. Staff were helpful. The price was right.

Cons:

I did find the prices for meals in the upper restaurant were a bit high despite being told that the two restaurants were essentially the same.
