Perfect address in Athens!
Pros:

Everything was so good : the room (#401) plus another six single rooms in our group on floors 1, 2 & 4 were perfect; the breakfast was much more than what we expected and, the main thing, the President Hotel team were soooo welcoming and kind; a group of lovely people - thank you for your superb hospitality!

I enjoyed my stay and intend to return to this hotel
Pros:

The hotel has wonderful llocation. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The upper floor has a beautiful redtaurant with unbelievable views of Athens
And a beautiful swimming pool

Rich breakfast

I would like also to thank Mr Konstantinos who helped us a lot with the room and was very empathetic

Hotell agréable
Pros:

L hotel est beau et rustique avec une belle piscine sur le toit. Grande chambre propre. Pdj varié. Le personnel est sympa. Le salon du lobbies est très jolie.

Cons:

L éloignement du centre ville ( taxi à 7-8€ ) pour y accéder.

A clean and comfortable hotel with good facilities, but overly strict rules and disappointing customer service affected
Pros:

The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. The rooms were very clean, although a bit small. The location is convenient, and the staff at reception was generally friendly. Breakfast was decent with enough options, although nothing particularly special.

Cons:

There were too many unnecessary restrictions during our stay. Bringing outside food into the hotel was not allowed, and the rooftop pool area closed very early. Guests were asked to leave the pool before 7:00 p.m., and staff started clearing the area even before closing time, which made us feel rushed. The biggest disappointment was the rooftop restaurant. We wanted to make a dinner reservation for seven people, but we were told they couldn’t simply join two tables because the combined table would seat eight people instead of seven. This seemed unreasonable and very unprofessional, especially when we were ready to dine there. The overall service in this situation was disappointing and a little bit rude.
