Pros:

Simpatia e eficiência dos funcionários. Alta qualidade dos alimentos. Shuttle aeroporto gratuito.

Cons:

Hotel não é novo, necessita renovação, reparos. Mas isso não tira a qualidade do hotel.. necessita reservar o shuttle do aeroporto ao hotel com antecedência. Isso é complicado para os viajantes.

Pleasant and convenient stay near the airport
Pros:

Its proximity to the airport for a short layover transit was excellent. The staff were very attentive and helpful arranging transfers.

Cons:

It’s quite tired and in need of a refresh throughout. F&B including room service was quite slow and a bit pricier than warranted even at ‘hotel’ prices.

Le confort des lits est remarquable, surtout avant ou après de longs courriers. Superbe petit déjeuner, aussi bien continental que traditionnel indonésien. Très belle piscine et personnel aux petits soins.

Magnifique lieu à l’abri de la folie de Jakarta
Pros:

Très bon restaurant.

De service van het personeel en het eten was geweldig! Cocktails ook heerlijk bij het zwembad en het ontbijt was onovertroffelijk. Droom nogsteeds van de eggs benedict van de chef. Jammie!!

Heerlijk, ontspannen!
Pros:

Heerlijk om tot rust te komen na een lange vliegreis. Perfect voor een tussenstop. Het is 10 minuten rijden vanaf het vliegveld maar merk je niet bij het zwembad of in het hotel. Het is erg luxe en je kunt helemaal ontspannen. Ontbijt is fantastisch zoveel keuze!

A relaxing haven in busy Jakarta.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was large with big beds and a nice view of the lake. The food was delicious. The shower was wonderful, especially after a long haul flight. Also the hotel is at the far end of the runway so you can do a bit of plane spotting right on your doorstep!

Cons:

Unfortunately the air quality in Jakarta is so bad that we decided not to swim in the pool, but this is not the hotel's fault.
