Nice but the extra wait time wasn’t convenient

The bed was lovely and comfortable

Cons:

The arrival, we got to the hotel on time due to check in at 3pm but our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait additional hour

Great location and friendly service
Pros:

Such a covient location to Chelsea Flower Show and Chelsea in Bloom. Great restaurants within walking distance in Belgravia. Victoria station and underground across street.
Staff are so kind and helpful.
Steffi in the dining area ordered my omelet every morning and always so helpful.
Maricica also provided excellent service for cleaning our room and changing out our towels etc.
Concierge provided excellent service to print out Chelsea in Bloom maps!!!
The hotel could add filtered water refill stations on each floor to reduce trash and improve service.
