Great spot and very clean!
Pros:

The Location was fantastic, very central to everything. Our breakfast was included each morning and it was wonderful, Kaushi was especially helpful.

We also enjoyed our room, very clean and comfortable.

Great location, excellent service.
Pros:

This Doubletree hotel is located near the Victoria Train/Underground location, close to many restaurants and shops, as well as being a nice walk to nearby Buckingham Palace.
Susan and Mel provided us with superb housekeeping service. They accommodated all of requests without being the least bit intrusive.

Pros:

Very happy with the hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially remember Sonali, Steffi & Kaushi, who went above and beyond to assist us and made our experience even more enjoyable.
