Wonderful central location across from Victoria Station’ The rooms are comfortable! The staff is unfailingly courteous and go above and beyond to help you. The restaurant offers an excellent selection for any taste! And don’t forget the warm chocolate chip cookies chip cookies upon arrival. Simply the best!

The room was a decent size and the bathroom was nice with a good sized shower. The location is convenient being so close to the station and the staff were lovely, especially the cleaner who took us to an empty room to use the loo after we'd checked out and the communal facilities were out of action.
There were no bottles of water in the room, which was disappointing, particularly given how hot it was and the price of the room. The bed wasn't hugely comfortable for me, but that is of course personal preference and definitely don't expect a view as we were looking at the bins in the station!
I always stay here. I love the location. It’s right next to the Victoria underground and easy to get around London from here. There are also some restaurants and cafes not far from here for a quick breakfast or lunch. The location is also good if you stay out late as it is in a central location and easy to go and return from most central areas in London (including by short uber rides if you are out late and public transport is no longer running). You can have a comfortable rest here and the TV is my favourite as it has YouTube pre-installed so you can listen to your music whilst getting ready or unwinding after a long day. I also like the bathroom. The hotel is also highly secure - at night you would need to use your keycard to enter from outside the building.
The rooms are a little old and from time to time can have some faults - nothing major to ruin the stay but can be annoying.

There were buildings works right outside in the courtyard so was very noisy.
The room wasn’t always cleaned/hovered there was heavy dust in the room when I arrived.
Mr. Joffy provided exceptional service throughout our stay. He was always professional, friendly, and attentive, ensuring that everything ran smoothly during our programme. His willingness to assist and his commitment to excellent hospitality made our experience at the hotel both comfortable and enjoyable.
