Très bonne expérience générale , hôtel agréable et très bien situé. Bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé pour accéder aux principaux points d'intérêt de la ville (nocturne/culturelle/shopping tout est atteignable à pied. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. très grand lit confortable. Stores de fenêtre bien occultants.
Très bon et compet buffet petit déjeuner. Personnel très présent et réactif si vous avez une demande particulière (dans mon cas lait végétal pour les céréales).

Cons:

La porte de la chambre donne directement sur le couloir et beaucoup de lumière passe par le contour et l'œilleton.
Comme il y avait peu de monde il y avait peu de bruit venant du couloir mais à d'autres périodes cela pourrait être dérangeant.
Notre chambre nous donnait les peignoirs de bain et pantoufles dans le tarif, il n'y avait aucun de ces articles, problème rapidement réglé par la personne de l'accueil. Le distributeur de lait pour le corps était vide et malgré une demande le problème n'a pas été réglé, après la piscine et la douche cela aurait été agréable d'en avoir. Sympathique piscine mais comme le bonnet n'est pas demandé beaucoup de cheveux dans l'eau même avant 07h00 le matin

Cons:

Very poor client service. They ignored my request for an invoice after repeated demands. It has been over 3 weeks from my stay and I still haven't received an invoice. Instead, they sent me an invoice for the city tax (21 eur). Staff is either incompetent or they just don't care.
