Nothing, everything was perfect
Plusieurs restaurants très bon dont limon pour son intimité, brasa près de la plage très sympa. On a pas pu faire le mozza où il y a une navette bateau qui vient vous chercher .
Magnifique golf et salle de sport
Très grand hôtel. Beaucoup de monde de sorte que les restaurants sont vite occupés. Je conseille de réserver 5 jours avant. Prix chambre et nourriture excessifs, surtout les vins.
Tout etait parfait. Nos bagages avaient été égarés par la compagnie aérienne, et l’hotel a tout fait pour compenser les difficultés.

Séjour globalement parfait.
La demande d'un petit détour (afin de pouvoir voir un point de vue) sur la route de départ était un service payant supplémentaire (on parle d'un détour de quelques minutes) ... quel dommage que cet établissement arrive à la nécessité de devoir pratiquer cela.

The property was beautiful. The challenge was they were clearly understaffed. Wait times were very long for breakfast and dinner, but the staff was kind and friendly price point for food and drinks, but relatively high as one would expect at this type of resort.
The hotel is in a remote location, but it is a lovely property and we stayed in a beautiful spacious room with an ocean view. The reception personnel was very professional and the check-in was effortless. The star of the hotel was the dinner at the Limon restaurant, the food, service and atmosphere was above and beyond our expectations. Unfortunately, our experience at Milo's the following night fell short. Our waiter seemed put out when we asked him to light the outdoor heater and his overall service was the antithesis of the stellar service we experienced the night before at Limon. The other members of the staff were wonderful, but our main interaction was with the waiter assigned to our table. When you spend $500.00 for dinner for two with only one glass of wine, you expect the food and service to be outstanding. The lobster was chewy, the branzino was good but the mushrooms I ordered on the side were insipid. They did send out a delicious birthday cake for dessert, which was a nice touch.
