Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant, souriant et très professionnel. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, de qualité et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Cons:

Le seul petit point à améliorer concerne le tarif, que nous avons trouvé un peu élevé. Cela dit, la qualité de l’accueil, le professionnalisme du personnel et les prestations proposées ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable.

Amazing experience from start to finish, the personalized service from all the staff throughout the stay is wonderful, from check in to check out it’s a welcoming and luxurious experience and the staff goes above and beyond to assure that you’re well taken care of, the rooms are decorated beautifully, the views are stunning, mornings in the room’s balcony with the sun and garden views are a wonder, the atmosphere is amazing with the World Cup matches events, the pool is relaxing and big enough to give you all the privacy needed, plenty of restaurants and bars at the property to give you different tastes and environments to relax in, the gym is well equipped and has everything you need and the spa is high end and relaxing, a truly 5 star experience that i would recommend to anyone visiting rabat, this is the place to be

Beautiful centrally located hotel in Rabat with amazing service
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, centrally located, very secure and a great base to explore Rabat.

The staff at the hotel are so wonderful. Najat in housekeeping went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and was incredibly kind and attentive.

Pros:

It's a nice but tired hotel and currently being renovated. We had some issues with noise while here but Hassna on guest relations was fantastic in helping smooth things over.

Generally the staff have been excellent.
