Fantastic 5 stars hotel
Pros:

Quiet & very clean hotel, confortable room, excellent breakfast and most importantly very polite & kind staff at the reception (I particularly think of Hasna, Basma & Chaimae, they have been always happy to help). Thanks also to Kawtar (guest relations) for her efforts in making all arrangements in place for our special event celebration. I highly recommend the Golden Fish restaurant by the pool, the food there was wonderful.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Tout le personnel a été extrêmement accueillant, souriant et très professionnel. Leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité ont rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était varié, de qualité et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Cons:

Le seul petit point à améliorer concerne le tarif, que nous avons trouvé un peu élevé. Cela dit, la qualité de l’accueil, le professionnalisme du personnel et les prestations proposées ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable.
