The water fountain.

The water pressure was too low.
The room was not clean, some food waste was under the ac.
The room serves cleaning was very slow.
The staff at reception was so rude and she told my husband no reservation under my name or his name.
Mainly the employee does not speak English or understand English.

The staff was not attentive to our requests and when asked for towels it’s either not cleaned yet or there’s none. One staff told us we have to pick it up front but the others said we didn’t have to. First day, our room shower did not have a cold setting, it was only HOT WATER , The light went out in the bathroom and the AC was not blowing cold air. when asked to switch rooms the first day they said they’ll send someone to “FIX” it. Maintenance guy was very patient and he fixed PARTIAL of the issue but our whole stay was not as welcoming as I thought. On the website when booking, it prompted that breakfast was included with the stay, but upon arrival the front desk stated the breakfast was not included and it was $17 per person. This is my first time booking here and will be my last.
