- saubere, geräumige Zimmer
- Wasserkocher im Zimmer
- große Auswahl beim Frühstück: frische Produkte, aufmerksamer Service
- teilweise/individuell hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter am Empfang

Cons:

- kompliziertes System: mittels Zimmerkarte fährt der Fahrstuhl nur zur eigenen Etage: schwierig bei größerer Familien-Gruppe
- Zimmer über dem Eingangsbereich werden durch Lautstärke der Bar/Raucherbereich am Eingang stark beeinträchtigt, bis 2 Uhr

Very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Loved the pool and the endless places to chill and sit down. Also the billiards table was very nice.
The breakfast also had some very nice veggie options.
We had two toilets in our room sich was pretty nice. The shower in the bathroom is amazing.

Also on Sunday there were so many people at breakfast they opened another section where it was nice and quiet and we could enjoy the food.

Cons:

There was no Wi-Fi in the room because of poor connection.

Pros:

Pokój duży, czysty. Łóżko wygodne. Jest również małe biurko, stoliczek i fotel. Super duży wybór na śniadaniu. Ogromna jadalnia więc nie było tłoku. Lokalizacja idealna dla zwiedzających Lipsk. do starówki 10 minut spacerem.

Das Hotel ist ok. Die dunklen Gänge sind gewöhnungsbedürftig aber sicher ein persönliches Empfinden.
Frühstück war lecker.
Fußläufig in 10 Minuten im Zentrum.

Cons:

Das Einchecken. Außer Nennung der Zimmer Nr. keinerlei Informationen.
Bei einer sicher alltäglich gestellten Frage von uns war die Antwort: Weiß ich nicht, kenn ich nicht....und tschüss.

A great hotel for a business trip, easy with no hassle! Great staff that made us feel really welcome
Pros:

Great greeting from the staff, great service for the bar and food. The room was comfortable although the bed was a little soft for me. Breakfast was awesome and the staff helped us to book taxis when needed. Everywhere was clean and tidy.

Wir waren enttäuscht vom deutlich gesunkenen Niveau dieses Hauses.
Pros:

Es war unser dritter Aufenthalt im Pentahotel, immer lagen ein paar Jahre dazwischen. Das Zimmer war renoviert und sauber.

Cons:

Im Bad fehlte vom Türstopper der Kunststoffanschlag, das Rohr davon hatte bereits Spuren im Türblatt hinterlassen. Fällt das denn dem Service nicht auf?
Beim Frühstück gab es weite Wege und nur ein Mindestangebot bei Wurst, Käse, Joghurt usw. Der Filterkaffee in der Kanne war gerade noch lauwarm. Benutztes Geschirr wurde vom Personal einzeln abgetragen und sämtliche Krümel verblieben danach auf Tischplatten und Stühlen. Niemand hat abgewischt. Es war für uns schwierig, saubere Plätze zu finden.
