The Worst

Cons:

Smokeless room smelled like smoke, floors not mopped...filthy. Connecting room walls paper thin, lady in next room yelled on the phone most of the night. Room 101 had active visitors coming and going from room.. Ice machine was outside didnt produce solid ice. Oranges old. All in all I would never visit this hotel ever again. I didn't feel it was a safe location for children or women. It was a very shady, suspicious location and should be investigated.

Basic but comfortable motel in eastern suburbs of Orlando
Pros:

Quality Inn in east Orlando has 2 floors and no lift. Typical motel from this chain. Inexpensive basic accommodation.
Easy access from Highway 50 coming into the city from the Atlantic coast and Kennedy Space Centre. In Alafaya near University of Central Florida. Free parking on site.
Clean and comfortable. TV, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Adequate toiletries and towels. Plenty of hot water for a powerful shower. Shower room clean but tub stained.
Basic breakfast served in reception. Bagels, waffles, yoghurt, toast.
Friendly efficient reception service.
Outside pool in the car park.
Restaurants within walking distance.

Pros:

The room was very modern and recently remodeled.

Cons:

The room had a wet musty smell when I got there through the night. I was woken up before 7am with very loud drilling and grinding sounds and an alarm going off for hours right next door. A brand new hotel is being built. Had I known that I wouldn't have booked there. Part of what I was so looking forward to was being able to sleep in.

Rooms all being redone. Moved me twice to a new room so that they could “work on my room” did not accommodate my service animal, and did not accommodate my requests.

Sohail at the front desk was excellent!
