Correct pour une nuit
Pros:

Accueil excellent, gentillesse inégalée. Très bon emplacement

Cons:

Chambre sans chauffage (il faisait 15 degrés) petites couettes toutes fines et extra bed à la limite moisi.

The staff were very friendly, both at the reception and during breakfast. The continental breakfast was simple but good. The rooms are a bit dated, but they were perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The duvets felt slightly damp, which is probably due to the cold and humid climate in Nuwara Eliya.

Habitación muy grande y limpia. El personal es muy amable. Almuerzo a la carta muy bueno y cena con comida occidental también muy buena. Servicio de lavandería en el mismo día. Un lugar totalmente recomendable.

Cozy stay in Nuwara Eliya
Pros:

Loved the accommodation, the style, amenities....super cosy English feel. Great breakfast and dinner too. Staff was fabulous. I truly enjoyed my stay. The games room and massage chair and jacuzzi bath was an extra bonus, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Close to the city centre too. Honestly, I can't fault it.

Comfortabel maar beetje vergane glorie.
Pros:

Onze kamer had een grote jacuzzi. De massagestoel en pooltafel waren ook fijn! Personeel supervriendelijk.

Cons:

Beetje vergane glorie. Aan de voorzijde van het hotel wordt gebouwd, dus ons balkon was recht tegenover de bouwwerkzaamheden.

Great Stay in Nuwara Eliya
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Nuwara Eliya. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always available whenever we needed anything. Their kindness made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

Overall, we felt at home during our time here thanks to the warm hospitality of the staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nuwara Eliya.

Vistas bonitas y personal muy atento, tuvimos un problema con la luz y estuvieron trabajando hasta que lo consiguieron arreglar.

Lo único , es el acceso , para llegar al alojamiento hay una cuesta muy pronunciada que tienes que subir a pie, eso si, te suben el equipaje en tuc tuc

Centraal gelegen en prima kamers, vriendelijk personeel, maar niet echt memorabel.
Pros:

Het hotel ligt centraal. De medewerkers waren heel vriendelijk. Er was een ruimte met pool en voetbaltafel, wat leuk was voor de kinderen gezien het slechte weer. De kamer was ruim genoeg en ook gezellig aangekleed.

Cons:

De prijzen liggen in Nuwara Eliya hoger dan in andere plekken, maar wij vonden de prijs kwaliteit niet echt in balans. Er werd gebouwd aan de overkant van de straat, geen last van gehad maar het uitzicht was niet echt gezellig.

Wij hadden slecht weer, waarmee wellicht onze mening wat gekleurd is, maar voor ons was Nuwara Eliya niet echt een must om heen te gaan.

Cudowne doświadczenie i wspaniała niespodzianka! Zostaliśmy bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczeni darmowym upgradem do pokoju z wanną z hydromasażem. Jako że byliśmy prawdopodobnie jedynymi gośćmi w hotelu w tym okresie, obsługa znakomicie się nami zajęła. Serwis był na najwyższym poziomie, a jedzenie po prostu pyszne. Bardzo dziękujemy za tak wyjątkowe ugoszczenie!

Cons:

Jedynym minusem była wspomniana wanna. Obsługa powinna sprawdzić jej szczelność, ponieważ mimo dobrze zamkniętego korka uciekała z niej woda. Poza tym szczegółem bardzo dziękujemy za tak wyjątkowe ugoszczenie!

Highly recommend for a relaxed, quiet stay
Pros:

Only 12 rooms, colonial charm, and people who genuinely care - Lyndon Grove ticks all the right boxes.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The team had an additional bed set up for us even before we arrived, without us ever asking - just because they noticed we were a group of four. That says a lot. Special mention to Mr. Kazim at reception, Mr. Gnanam for guest services, and Mr. Mohamed Nazim in the kitchen - all three were warm, proactive and made the stay feel personal.

The food was great. Dinner was à la carte - delicious and generous portions. Breakfast was continental and equally satisfying. The chef is a charming older gentleman who clearly loves what he does.

Top floor has some board games like chess and foosball - simple but a nice touch. Also, there is a life if you happen to get a room on top floors.

Would definitely recommend for a relaxed, quiet stay

Really lovely property - very comfortable stay here.
